I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to rest after a busy day. Dear Movenpick Jakarta Center Management, My name is Erlang P., Accor Platinum Member, and I stayed for a long stay (one week) at your property. I would like to share several important points as constructive feedback, so the guest experience—especially for loyal Accor members—can be improved. During my stay, I experienced several issues: 1. No Recognition for Accor Platinum Member During Breakfast Ketika saya datang untuk sarapan, staf menanyakan apakah saya “long stay,” namun tidak ada prioritas atau pengakuan benefit Platinum seperti hotel-hotel Accor lainnya (priority seat, greeting, atau perhatian kecil seperti service acknowledgment). Ini membuat pengalaman sarapan terasa kurang nyaman sebagai loyal guest. 2. AC Room Air Circulation is Uncomfortable Sirkulasi udara AC di kamar terasa kurang bersih dan tidak nyaman untuk bernapas. Udara seperti tidak tersaring dengan baik, sehingga kualitas tidur dan kenyamanan saya menurun selama menginap. 3. Incident During Check-Out Breakfast Packaging for Child Saat check-out, saya ingin membungkus sedikit sarapan untuk anak saya, seperti hari sebelumnya yang diperbolehkan. Namun pagi itu, staf memberikan aturan yang terasa berbelit-belit dan kurang friendly, sampai membuat suasana pagi menjadi tidak menyenangkan. Sebagai tamu long stay sekaligus Platinum member, saya berharap fleksibilitas dan service attitude yang konsisten, bukan malah dipersulit pada situasi yang sederhana. My Expectation Saya berharap tim Movenpick bisa: Konsisten memberikan recognition & priority untuk member Accor, terutama Platinum. Meningkatkan air quality dan pengecekan rutin AC di kamar. Memberikan service attitude yang lebih warm dan fleksibel, terutama untuk situasi keluarga. Saya menyukai brand Accor dan biasanya sangat puas saat menginap di properti lain, sehingga saya berharap Movenpick Jakarta bisa melakukan perbaikan agar pengalaman berikutnya jauh lebih nyaman.
