Could have been 10 but isn't because despite the room not being fully booked (or barely booked) the people who were there were all put in the same 2 beds 301 and 302 which was unnecessary. I was there for 5 nights and each day the person from 301 left and someone else came they were put in 301 again. I was in 302 above 301. There were beds upto 310 available in that room! It doesn't hurt anyone to spread people out when it is possible!

The hotel is very centrally located. It’s about a 5-minute walk to the bus and train station and roughly a 10-minute walk to the main square, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff were polite but extremely strict with their policies. I arrived at around 5:00 AM and called the hotel to ask if I could simply wait inside the reception area until it opened. I was told that this was not possible because reception only opens at 7:00 AM. As a result, I had to walk around outside for two hours in the cold. When reception finally opened at 7:00 AM, I went inside hoping to wait there until my 9:00 AM check-in time. However, the receptionist informed me that I could not stay in the reception area because guests would be having breakfast, and that I should return at my scheduled check-in time. I was therefore asked to leave and spent another two hours outside. The temperature was around 3°C but felt closer to 1°C. While I understand that hotels have policies and schedules, a small degree of flexibility or compassion in situations like this would go a long way. Allowing a guest to sit quietly in the reception area for a short time—especially in cold weather—would have made a big difference to the overall experience. Other than this issue, the location is excellent and everything else about the stay was good. However, the lack of consideration in this situation left a disappointing impression regarding customer service.

We use the private room in hostel. The room is small but shearing room and kitchen is big and so comfortable. And rooftop is so nice:) And every morning stuff clean very well. We recommend to stay here✨
