The capsules rooms are mixed gender and it’s not unlockeable which raises safety concern. The toilets is mixed and little far from the room and its dirty

Something went wrong with my online booking but your reception staff made the extra effort to find me a room to stay in for that evening and edited my booking. Special thanks to the 2 reception staff on duty, especially Tammara, who knew exactly what to do, was all smiles the whole time, and made my stay great. Customer service can make or break your stay and they made it a happy stay for me. It's only 9 because the bathrooms smelled funky when I arrived but it all got cleaned up by evening, so all good. Maybe they just need to clean it more often since a lot of people use them.

Good location, a spacious pod. I had good neighbors ( their bed was above mine. ) You do hear movement- so ear plugs!) Good kitchen, but fridge rammed full. Cheap and cheerful. Nice staff. Great rooftop to chill on. Reason for 3 stars is that the bathrooms were not cleaned during my 2 night stay. Same hairs and fluff, same corners for 48 hrs. And a fridge system needs a overhaul.

The hostel is in a convenient location and it's nice to have more privacy than you would in a typical hostel. Staff are incredibly friendly and professional. The bathroom facilities could be cleaner and this is where marks are lost. Aside from the bathrooms, it's an ideal place to stay, especially for a budget traveller.
