Location is great, between station and old town, 5-10 minutes walk to both. Good vibes and clean. Comfortable bed. Cabin is comfortable for one person and gives the privacy. Only problem I had was climbing to the top bed in the cabin. It is so inconvenient to climb with no handhold and design is unsuitable for climbing.

The check in was a little confusing not only for me but others as well. The reception sign is not located in its own area. It is listed with the floors the rooms are on which makes it confusing for those of us who arrived very late at night and didn't know where to go. I feel the booking staff should take into consideration the age of the renter and try to accommadte them in a room best suited for their age. I am 63 and even though in very good physical condition, the ladder up to the bed area was difficult after a few days. Other wise my stay was lovely. Thank you

I quite liked the idea of this type of "hostel/hotel". It was very affordable and popular among all age groups. There are both shared and private, men's, women's and mixed bathrooms, so no problem there either way. Breakfast was good, the shared areas was very cosy and it was fairly quiet in the rooms. It was set out very nicely, with lovely colours and designs. It was all going well, I loved the vibe. But I didn't enjoy my stay... It's advertised with aircon, but it is a central aircon set to 22degrees, meaning that the small rooms can get very hot and uncomfortable, so I found this a little misleading as I can't control the temperature in the room myself. Secondly, the mattresses was rock hard. The second night I could barely get any sleep because my back got so sore and it was so hot in the room. Cleanliness could be better. When looking for my key card which had slipped down between the mattress and the wall, I found loads of sweets, not mine. USB sockets by the bed didn't work on one side. The heat and the mattress is why I would not book it again as I like to sleep at night, unfortunately. Other than that it was lovely with great vibes and great staff.

It's been a long time since I've stayed in a hostel but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Quiet rooms despite the communal nature of a hostel, plenty of washrooms so no worries about having to wait. Good environment to relax and occasionally meet other travellers.

I really enjoyed staying at the fuzzy log! It was the perfect location to walk to all the landmarks throughout the city and the room was super cute and clean. The staff was also so helpful as I had a very early flight!

Close to the bus and train station and within walking distance to all the sights. Stayed in the tent and it was roomier than I thought (for one person). There was a fan. Bathrooms were fine and breakfast was decent. Would book again!
