So maybe 20% of room vas cleaned, the rest was unclean, so the pictures from app are probably taken when the hotel was open since it is showing hotel where you would like to stay, but hotel is in state from where you would like to run. There is info about burger king near by, not info that the burger king is in the hotel entrance, that hotel is behind gas station, and that you do not fell safe to leave the car on that parking. Also it is not mentioned that from that location you only see the like not that you do not have nay walking distance escape to city and that you hear and see train when you are on terase. Same person is working in the shop and as receptionist to hotel. It was very unkind, specially when I decided to cancel second night. She did not cancel the invoice that we paid for 2 nights, she made some return like credit note on cards for every room but 4th day passed still not money returned, also the price was not as in the offer confirmation on app/mail total for the 2 nights was 309,65+21,60 for tax, but she invoiced 351 that is 20 eur to much. She mentioned that our breakfast was not included, but it was in price, but breakfast has limitation on one glass of juice per person, and the food choice was medium. The hotel and breakfast area is very unclean. So in the room shower is full of germs, on the floor were very big particles of dust, above the bed, on the doors and windows were traces of previous guests also on the door of the bathroom were some traces of drink, pee, something very bad, coffee machine in the room was not cleaned, drawer with coffee also with lot of traces, the only one good thing was working air condition unit. We were really afraid for our health in that room. So we rebooked second night in 20 minutes distance Ibis that was even cheaper and better from this. So no matter the state of the hotel level of cleanness and kindness should exist, very negative part is that pictures and everything written in the app is a lie.

We know it's crowded due to Autobahn but it was indeed good decision to take one night stay with lake view balkony.

I had a HB stay with my family in this hotel. We had a rooms with lake view so it was really nice. Food was good but instructions given to hotel guests on what is included in price should be more precise (in ENG language) as the food court (Marche) is open to public guests as well and we were not sure what can be taken, how many, what needs to be paid extra etc... as we were dining around 6/7 PM there were only limited dishes to be chosen and most of the dishes were out...Some of the meals were completely not an option as there was many flies on them (there should be some investment on covers)

Nice room, lovely view we had a great nights sleep and would certainly stay again, this was our second visit

Good accommodation for one night, really near to the highway, nice views, the room is basic but ok. Unfortunately it was not cleaned properly, mold in the shower and dust in the room. Breakfast is not necessary, you have plenty of options to buy something in Marche downstairs or at the petrol station.

This Ibis is in a great location - the view is amazing and makes the hotel. Facilities are otherwise as you’d expect in the room, and ok places to eat (Burger King and Mövenpick Marché). My main complaint was that we booked a twin and a double and were given two doubles. Not a major problem as it was my kids sharing, but not what I actually booked!

Zimmer 404 die Matratzen sind unglaublich durchgelegen, die Klimaanlage sehr, sehr laut - an schlafen war nicht zu denken, daher haben wir um 1 Uhr ausgecheckt! Schimmel in der Dusche an der Decke! Die Zimmerkosten haben wir beim Fenster rausgeworfen! Nie mehr wieder!
