We stayed just for one night. The hotel was well located between the city center and railway station. There was a bit of a smell when we arrived, probably beacause of the placement of the wc/shower in the room instead of having it seperate. Other than that, everything was fine. We were allowed to enter the room early since it was ready, which was really nice.

I was charged extra over and above what was shown on the accor app. At the time of checkin, there was a lot of confusion created by the receptionist saying that app is wrong and that the ibis system was right. I relented as i was with my family and didnt want to spoil our mood but the way the receptionist talked to me was very rude and demeaning and there was no point of being a gold member of accor with no priority or better service being provided. Cherry on the cake was at the time of departure where a new receptionist again charged me extra as he said the previous receptionist had wrongly calculated the charges. Its one thing to be rude but its totally questions the ability of the staff to properly function and perform their duties when they make mistakes in these activities let alone cause chaos and confusion amongst the guests. Moreover, we had requested that we be provided breakfast ( just cereals and milk -nothinh fancy) by 6:30 as we had a train to catch. The receptionist didnt even flinch in saying that it is not possible. No consideration for customer need

I had a lovely stay. Room was clean and comfortable and the view of the castle was pretty spectacular - after a day of travel I was very happy to stay in and put my feet up with that view! Staff was also very friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations.
