Hotel rooms have a toilet and shower hidden only by the wardrobe doors (no physical wall). This is causing potential source of bacteria in the whole room, smell and a nightmare for the cleaning service. Breakfasts are very poor, not worth the price. Additionally to access the reception you need to go through the stairs which with the luggage is very challenging.

This was an amazing stay in a beautiful city. The experience started of by a warm welcome from the receptionist. The rooms were very clean, new and well thought out. The breakfast was also well stocked with lots of spaces. The terrace that looked out on the castle was the cherry on the icing! Wonderful and will be back!

Good planning (location, room size, rooftop, usb sockets), bad management (stained sheets, room not very clean, needs a kettle in the room! The one upstairs was not working either. Bed base is uneven, pillows too big).
