Great location near historic centre and train/bus stations. Room was large and comfortable. Fridge requested was provided. Request for quiet room on high floor was also met. Only suggestions for improvement - add laptop safe and kettle/coffee maker.

More of a hostel than anything. Checkin desk only accessible via stairs. Hallway carpets had loads of stains im pretty sure it was being washed during my stay. Room is ok, needs a thourough clean; dust on switches, marks on bedding. Location was couple blocks walk away from places like triple bridge so that was fantastic. The few tours I was on pickup from cnr at hotel. Cafe next doors which is handy. They have luggage storage but while its a secured room when I returned at days end to collect my stored luggage the door was wide open and so risk of losing items. The ibis part has a single washer/dryer so you can do laundry. Lack of cutlery in kitchen. Accor drink on arrival is only what they have in fridge which is very limited. Couldn't do hot chocolate :( Nice enough but with the hostel vibe, as they combined an ibis and ibis styles I wouldn't stay there again.
