The staff was very friendly and helpful. A nice hotel with different seating areas and patios too. Breakfast was great. The Room was very small and the bed was tucked in between two walls. Clean room and bathroom though.

Well located but very basic room. Checkin took too long even though we did online checkin beforehand. We had paid for parking space and breakfast extras in advance but the receptionist was claiming we didnt.We had to show our email confirmations to a second receptionist because first reception was becoming arrogant and irritated. The sliding partition door between bedroom and toilet was faulty (did not keep closed) and bathroom did not even have a toilet brush.

Very nice, clean rooms. A bit funny layout with the sink in the room. Hotel staff take care about comfort - when I arrived, the curtains were shut and ac was on - the room was comfortable cool despite hot weather. Staff friendly and helpful. Price reasonable especially looking at the location which is 7 minutes from 3 bridges center. Roof bar open 24/7 with a view of Lublana castle. Breakfast with everything you need for a good day start. I definitely recommend this place!

Room was small with weird shower and toilet sectioned off. Felt like a converted office building. Quite expensive for what you got and not really in a good location.

Convenient as very central, however it would benefit from some renovation. Room was clean but bad smell was coming out of the toilet. Summer is peak season but too expensive for what it offers.

The location is very convenient for enjoying the town. Being co-located with a youth hostel was an interesting experience, but that did not bother us, and having a guest laundry was a nice aspect you don't typically get in a hotel. But the most bothersome aspects were the lack of basic amenities in the room. No towel racks to hang anything, no closet, wardrobe or dresser, no drawers, no nightstand, no electric sockets near the bed for a CPAP machine. The toilet was right next to the bed, like 2 feet, with a semi-transparent sliding door. No place to keep your suitcase and open it. I can go on and on. How did this hotel get a 3-star rating with rooms that lack basic amenities. On the positive side, the room and sheets were clean, the staff super friendly. But the description of the room did not match what was provided.
