Check in staff are always very friendly and efficient. We had to stay last minute due to a housing emergency and booking was extremely easy, with the room being perfect for a few nights. The reception staff were happy to add on another person to the room without any issues; communication is never a problem. Breakfast was always hot with a great selection.
