we had previously stayed at your hotel and had slept in a family room that had a wall / partition in the middle and gave privacy to parents and children. now we had a normal room with one bed and one sofa-bed (which was extremely uncomfortable as the middle was lower than the sides). both kinds are aparently counted as family, which i strongly disagree with, especially given the prices at your hotel. for the real family room i can pay extra for the comfort and privacy. for what we got this time i wouldn't have payed that much and chosen another option. it is worth noting that we recommended this particular room to several friends who travel with kids. we will not be recommending your hotel anymore. on top of that the person at the desk in the morning just said: "i can't do anything, this is not my hotel". huge disappointment

Friendly reception Good location, but housekeeping walked into our room twice before 9:00 AM on our day of departure 'by accident.' Front desk just brushed it off, saying staff keep doing this despite being warned. Unacceptable for me.

Lovely welcome as we arrived. Good location, 20 minutes from the train station and a quick walk to the centre. Room was great, a little quirky which was nice. Comfortable beds. Some traffic noise in rooms at yhe front.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, and the breakfast was a standard continental breakfast with a reasonable selection of food. The only disappointing part of our stay was the reception service. The day before our arrival, I called the hotel to request a late check-out until 9:00 PM. I spoke with a male staff member who was polite, explained the options clearly, and confirmed that this would be possible for an additional fee, which we agreed to pay. However, when we checked in, a female receptionist rather rudely told us that this was not possible. She asked when we planned to check out, and I clearly answered her question twice, providing the exact date. After checking her computer, she said in an irritated tone that I needed to provide complete information. I was confused because I had already given both the check-in and check-out dates. Perhaps there was simply a misunderstanding. She also spoke very quietly, making it difficult to understand her. In the end, she told us that late check-out was only available until 3:00 PM. The most confusing part happened on the day of departure. When we went to the reception at 3:00 PM to return our room key, the same receptionist informed us that we could actually stay in the room until 9:00 PM because we had already paid for the extended stay. This experience gave the impression that the receptionist either did not fully understand the hotel's procedures or did not communicate them clearly. Apart from this issue, we enjoyed our stay.

Check-in was efficient. The room was comfortable and clean. The pillows were a bit too soft for me, but was not a big issue and did not affect the comfort of my stay. Overall, I had a wonderful time in the hotel and I would surely book it again.
