I did like the hotel overall but there were a few issues. The bathing gel was not filled up for 2 days in a row when I was there. I mean I shouldn't have to ask for that. The service staff also tried to enter my room without knocking. That is very serious an issue to me. One time the lights in my room just went off by itself but activated again suddenly when I started moving? That felt to me very weird?

As a Platinum member, my first-day check-in experience was rather underwhelming and did not feel particularly special. The staff's attitude came across as somewhat unfriendly, which affected the overall arrival experience. On a positive note, while the breakfast selection was relatively limited, the quality and taste of the food were excellent. I especially enjoyed the Thai dishes, which were flavorful and well-prepared.
