Nice in général but room température control defficient and we could have used a second bed cover, noise at 8 am outsider cutting grass.

Personnel very welcoming and efficient. Room is a good size as is the bathroom. Second stay here and we knew what to expect. We did not however expect the following: dirty stained carpet on exiting the lift toilet in room very dirty - we had to clean it before we could use it stool/bedside unit was dirty and either needed cleaning or to be replaced
