It was clean, nice and private and quiet how it was needed to be. The only thing I would ask is for the room service not to have to be done via scanning QR code. I don't have that feature and due to security courses through work it is strongly advised not to scan QR codes for hacking reasons. I had to leave the hotel to get dinner. Other than that it was a brilliant stay.

When a person books the highest price room available, what would it take to preheat the room for your guests? On our arrival it was like stepping into a refrigerator, it was the middle of a Victorian winter on a very cold day, then the heating system did not appear to be working well and we had to call for help. Housekeeping could be lifted a lot as the mugs had sticky handles and with the glasses were sitting on a wet cloth, simply things make a stay enjoyable. Simply not good enough. On a good note, the staff we met were very pleasant and cooperative. We have been Accor members for many years.

Friendly and helpful staff. Buffet breakfast was more than adequate. No restaurant as yet but recommend the Cardinia Club next door. Room spacious and bed comfortable. Plenty of outdoor parking.
