Hotel is great and very well located. I face a problem, I wasn't offered free breakfast as a platinum member Duty Manager told we can offer free breakfast on weekends As its in Asia I was eligible free breakfast for all week, Moreover wasn't provided welcome amenities Apart from that Hotel is excellent and all the staff is cooperative and helpful

No windows, suffocating

, air con not working , room temp was constantly 21.5+ , my wife got severely ill . She had high fever and the room needed to be cold but 3 times reported and no solution. Very disappointed , our worst stay ever at an Accor hotel . Definitely not a 5 star hotel!!

Good stay but could be better

The hotel is on the second line from Haram (women gate), so it is a short walk and very convenient. The room is spacious and well equipped (kettle, coffee machine, iron, water etc.). The breakfast buffet is ok. However, I did not like the restaurant. First there is no coffee machine there, as you have to ask someone to bring you coffee. The staff is fast and friendly but in the crowd, this can lead to slow service. Second, most of the tables are not ready, until you ask someone to bring you forks, knives and cups. They serve tea on the table by putting a hot water pot and tea bags, but the water pot is always empty until you ask someone to fill it.
