The hotel is located very close to Masjid e Nabawi. Also very close to shops and all the food places. The rooms were very clean. Bathroom was very tidy. Amenities were very nice as well. The suhoor and iftar buffet were incredible.

As an Accor Gold member, I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Junior Suite. The room was truly exceptional—spacious, elegantly appointed, and offering the kind of refined comfort that makes a long journey worthwhile. It felt like a genuine sanctuary after a day of travel. ​The location is perhaps the hotel's greatest asset for those visiting the Prophet’s Mosque. Being within easy walking distance to Gate 326 made our daily prayers and visits incredibly convenient, saving us significant time and effort. In a city where proximity is everything, this hotel occupies a truly prime position. Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently polite and helpful, ensuring that every request was handled with professionalism and a genuine sense of hospitality. ​For any traveler looking for a premium experience in Madinah, this property is a standout choice. The combination of high-level elite status recognition, world-class room quality, and its strategic location near the Haram gates makes it an easy recommendation.
