Location, overall premises and breakfast was fantastic. Porters, concierge, front line staff were polite and professional. Though rooms were not serviced well, our fridge was out of order and never looked at (let alone fixed/swapped) to despite raising it with reception. Hence we had food and medications that spoilt. House keeping did a substandard job- a massive noticeable decline since our last stay 2 years ago. Bathrooms (esp the floor) were a mess throughout our stay.
