The stay was wonderful overall. The check-in and reception process was smooth and easy. Room service was excellent and very fast, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the location was perfect and close to Al Haram. The room was also very clean. The only small note is that the lobby felt a bit old-fashioned.
