This was our third visit in 18 months to the Sofitel Shahad al Madinah. Hotel location is very convenient to the Haram, with lots of food and retail outlets located close by. Breakfast has good variety. The staff are quick and thorough in responding to your requests. The hotel also has paid underground parking, which we utilized on our most recent visit.
