I stay at Shahd Sofitel every year during ramadhan. Each year they are raising the standard of their service, hospitality and food! We stay in the prestige suite which I highly recommend as the size is large and comfortable. I would also highly recommend taking suhoor and Iftaar (or just suhoor), as the food is probably some of the tastiest in Madina. It also gets quite busy after maghrib, so taking iftaar with Sofitel is a good option. The service from Israa and Sidra at check in was exceptional. I would also like to thank Mr Masood for his kind hospitality.
