Best stay many thanks for Mr Ahmed the GM of the property for all his efforts he was always there at the lobby and restaurant to make sure all guests are satisfied I would like to specially thank Mr Mohamed Ali Ellol and his team the best F&B manager I’ve saw in my entire travels although I’m a diamond member in Hilton vip in radisson and platinum in bonvoy but he was there all the time making sure all the guests was satisfied in this busiest season in the world he made us highly satisfied many thanks from all the family keep it going. I would like also to thank all the chiefs starting with cheif sherif and cheif Ahmed from pastry and cheif um Yaser the Moroccan amazing lady and very helpful all the family liked her special thanks also to the check in team Samir nof Mohamed Eltoli and the amazing Janna who is very knowable person off the Accor program also the house keeping team and the room service team were amazing.
