Great service delivery by the team. In particular, I would like to acknowledge Basem Mohammed Madani. The hotel is crayz busy and with all the work going on, to be fair it is an older property with unique challenges however the service and recognition by the team more than makes up for it. Food and Bevearge was nice and again the team went out of their way to accommodate us. The best part was to receive all the diamond benefits and upgrades, it was so appreciated and is the main reason we will be back.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite and was given 2 individual rooms. This is Wrong and deceptive. I trvavelled with my family and mother and therefore needed a suite. This trip included stays in other places and all places were honest in their advertising except you guys.
