Sofitel Madinah has a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good variety of food at breakfast. The rooms were clean but in need of an upgrade

Good location near the Prophet’s mosque and comfortable stay

Overall good hotel. Location was really good - close to Masjid Nabwi which meant getting to and back from the mosque was really good. The rooms were comfortable - although the ‘triple’ rooms were just the double rooms with 3 beds - so not alot of space and did feel tight squueeze with 3 ppl plus luggage. Staff were really polite, friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent - only downside for me was the tea - i just couldnt get a decent pot of tea. The lifts were challenging but i know the hotel are undertaking works re lifts. Apart from that would reccomend.

It’s no where near to justify as Accor’s ‘Sofitel’ brand; max I would say, their brand Mercure or less service and quality wise.
