⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Truly 5-Star Service We stayed at Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah for 3 nights and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is truly a 5-star property in every way. The location is perfect, just a very short walk from the Prophet’s Mosque, which made our stay extremely convenient and comfortable. Our rooms were spotlessly clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout our stay. We had officially booked two rooms, but due to having a special needs child, we were kindly given an upgrade to a suite, which made a huge difference for our comfort. A special thank you to the Front Desk Shift Leader, Ahmed Mohammed Fadul, who was incredibly professional, helpful, and understanding. He personally arranged the upgrade for us and made sure everything was smooth and stress-free. His kindness and excellent service really stood out and made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast was the best — absolutely delicious with a great variety and high-quality options every morning. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, including complimentary drinks, coffee, and delicious desserts in the room. Overall, we loved everything about this hotel and highly recommend it. We would definitely stay here again.
