Dear Mr. Ahmed, Greetings, Honestly, I was disappointed from my experience, with full regret Firstly, when I haven't been informed that the parking is paid, and honestly speaking I don't believe that it's inappropriate to ask your guests to pay extra fees for the parking. You may have included it in the price. And as a frequent traveller across the region, it's the first time to experience such weird thing, except for the 1star hotels. Secondly, the house keeping didn't clean the room well in the second day Also, what made me really frustrated, was when I ordered food delivery from Hunger station, they neither allowed the captain to come up, which I totally understand, nor accepted to bring it to me, telling me that I have to come down, which I don't understand and never faced before, because it should be either ones, if you care about your customer's and their convenience and seamless experience The breakfast was terrible with my full respect, in terms of food tase and varieties Lastly, when the receptionist called me at the last day morning asking me about my experience, I told her in very gentle way that I was disappointed she simply interrupted me to inform me that the checkout is on 12 pm !! She didn't bother to ask me why or to apologise !!! I apologise if anything sounded rude, but I am honestly very disappointed and regreted choosing Novotel Madinah Thank you BR, Amr Reda

My stay was comfortable. Staff were amazing. The parking charges were exaggerated at this Hotel. This is first time Hotel asked for parking charges in Madinah(Ramadan is an exception). They have enough parking and hotel weren't crowded. Plus I have already paid premium charges to stay in Novotel so why do I need to pay separate charges for parking.
