Overall is good. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room for two days despite several calls. Breakfast options are limited. Room service menu is limited.

Novotel Madinah is a new hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. Good variety at breakfast. And fantastic service from all the staff.

The hotel is new and well-organized. However, there is one short-coming that happened : Delay in Check-in process, as we had to wait after 4:30 PM to get in despite our call and pre-notification that we requested check-in at 2:00 PM. My booking was for Two Superior Rooms, but surprisingly, we were given one Superior Room and the second was a Standard Room in spite of repetitive reminders upon check-in that the booking is for Two Superior Rooms. We had to go down again to the reception to request change of the Standard room to match the confirmed booking of a Superior Room. That was a surprising disappointment as such mistake should not happen in a new reputable hotel, as this happened with the attendance of The Hotel Supervising Team. Overall, it was a reasonably comfortable stay, but customer service needs to be reviewed and amended to avoid any possible shortcomings. Thank You Very Much Kindly accept my sincere regards 🙏

Very nice and the hotel is recently renovated, most of the guests are from GCC , clean and receptionist are polite and cooperative
