I had a wonderful experience at Novotel. Compared to my stays at other hotels, the service here truly stood out. The pleasant welcome from the concierge staff made a great first impression. The reception and housekeeping teams were always polite, respectful, and professional throughout my stay. Specially, the front desk staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. This was my first experience receiving such warm and excellent service, and it truly made my stay memorable. However, I felt that the lunch ordered through room service was not up to the mark. I hope the hotel considers improving the food quality or having a better chef to match the excellent performance and standards of the other departments. I would also like to suggest a few improvements: - The online menu is not very readable on mobile devices. A more mobile-friendly menu display would make ordering much easier for guests. - Please consider providing a golf cart service to and from the Masjid, even if it is chargeable. It would be a very helpful facility for guests.

This hotel is beautiful and well-maintained. The service is exceptional, and the staff is amiable. I would highly recommend this excellent hotel to anyone performing Umrah and Hajj.
