Dear Management Team, I recently stayed at Pullman Zamzam Madinah and, as always, the overall experience was excellent. I sincerely appreciate the hospitality and welcoming attitude of your staff, which truly reflects the high standards of your hotel. However, I would like to highlight an incident that caused some discomfort during our stay. While my wife and I were quietly exploring the reading corner and browsing the available books, an Egyptian staff member in a blue suit approached us in a manner that felt unnecessarily confrontational, questioning our presence there. I calmly explained that we were simply looking at the books with the intention of reading one and returning it to its place, to which he replied, “Yes, you better return the books,” before leaving abruptly without any explanation or even introducing himself. This interaction made us feel as though we had done something wrong, prompting me to check with the reception, who confirmed that we had not. I believe this situation could have been handled in a more courteous and professional manner consistent with the standards expected of a five-star hotel, and I trust this feedback will be taken constructively to ensure all guests feel welcome and respected.

My stay was amazing. The hotel is located near the masjid nabawi. The room got good view and it is well equipped and clean. The overall experience is excellent.
