Best hotel in Madinah! Housekeeping service is great by Soliman Hossain, always ready to make up our room anytime in the day. Younus, in the restaurant is great going the extra mile to satisfy customer needs. Suhoor spread during Ramadan is beautiful, lots of good food choices from fruits, yogurts, hot food, salads, bakery, egg omelette station to pancakes and french toast. A free hotel shuttle to the other side of the haram which is super convenient. Rooftop restaurant with beautiful haram views, rooms with haram views. Would highly recommend Zam Zam Pullman!

A very sad and noisy stay

Staying at the hotel currently booked for 8 nights and hardly slept a wink. Deluxe suite which we have paid a lot for is interconnected with a family next to our room. The noise comes through the door and it’s like the whole family is staying in our room with noise being unbearable. Spoke to the duty manager who is not very helpful. My husband is stroke patient and he needs his rest and sleep but this isn’t the case. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and in this blessed city they have made this experience a very sad one.
