Room was good, spacious, and comfortable. Staff was very responsive and helpful. Location is few minutes walk to Masjid e Nabi PBUH. Horizon buffet hall is beautiful with the great view of Haram. Safety features are deployed to keep contact less environment. Parking is available.

Bad experience at this time

It takes me long time to check in although l have made on line check. I have requested the house keeping for several time, no body comes to clean the room (Room 503) during our stay. They promised us to come to clean the room, but they did not show up Bad smile coming from the underground parking area

It was quite good time that I spent in the hotel, however, I am disappointed about the team response to my inquiries. For, example I complained about the view which was different from the view that I expected based on your website, they told me they will rise my concern to the duty manager who did never get back to me by any answer!!! Which is very strange!!! I like the location and the hotel atmosphere in general. Housekeeping service was nice. I did not use any of your restaurants or cafe. I hope such review would help. Regards.

A 5 Star only by Size not Quality of Service

Positives 1 - Close proximity to the Masjid 2 - Close to the main road and restaurants like Al Baik + Few Pakistani Restaurants Negatives 1 - Long queues at front desk for Check in through out due to less staff 2 - I booked a King Bed and maybe paid a higher price but the frond desk executive apologized and offered a twin bed room. He asked me to meet the Manager next day such that the room can be changed next day for the rest of the duration 3 - Tried meeting the Front office manager 3 times and wasted an hour on each occasion as he seemed busy on one occasion and wasnt available on another. In my 3rd attempt, i bumped into the hotel manager who said I should wait longer 4 - Overcrowded breakfast restaurant with average food. Very few waiters hence long delays in getting the table ready. 5 - Called Guest service line asking for an iron board and she replied saying I'll send if I've one. No commitment to address customer concerns. 6 - No room service for 3 days. No mechanism of getting the room cleaned by leaving a card while stepping out. 7 - Rooms are dark and the carpets have minor stains 8 - Weighing Scales in room dont have battery 9 - No Minibar & No InRoom Dining Menu in the room.

Refrigerators in the room weren’t working, tea kettle wasn’t working, requested for housekeeping for two days straight but never showed up. Very disappointed with the service overall, will not come back to the same hotel again.
