One of the best hotel in Madinah near to Prophet mosque. Nice housekeeping staff room is big and clean with beautiful city view. Best breakfast on the rooftop with beautiful and blessed view of Holly mosque.

1st of all I have member ship with you. 2nd you located an local note in alQatif Alyoum that your price for one night room start of 249 Ryals per night than when I was tell the recipient he said I don't have an idea so he was charged me 400 Ryals per night. Also the member ship which I have it does not give me benefit.

The bed sheets are not very clean, i think there are bugs on the sheet. 3 of my kids skin were irritated and its very clear there are some bugs Breakfast food was terrible, very low quality and dies not match 5 stars hotel

Every single things is greatly managed and maintain apart from only single thing is @ reception - Lady was very slow and it look my turn to reach at desk from waiting line was 28 mins which is a sadden part of my trip. overall it was very nice.

i enjoy my stay in previous visit, but not this last visit, i am disappointed for my visit on:01.April. i make a reservation for a executive suite, the living room was small for my meeting, the reception inform all executive suite are with small living room, they suggest to take junior to have a bigger living room, so i decide to downgrade my reservation to junior suit, no fruit complementary , carpet was with water , no tooth brush, one coffee nescafe , very poor for a suite(It was the same on executive suite) .,i was surprised when my friend got on 1oth floor executive suite with large living room and fruit and macaron and suit complementary., Sir, i am very disappointed from my visit.
