Nice but, they need to be more focus in the below observations: 1. Chargeable parking. 2. Old furnitures as well as the bathroom need renovation. 3. The staff wasn’t helpful with their gust ( once you requested things you’ve to call several times so, they bring it to you).

They promised me with something totally different than what i got

The receptionist promised me that he can book me a room with Al-Haram view because the customers are always canceling but didn’t happened. The room that i booked supposed to be twin room but they book me king bed. I asked for city view if in worst case scenario the Haram view is not available but they didnt book it for me. Finally the breakfast was so disappointed

The was advertised full view to the haram but it was obstructed. The side lamp next the bed gave me an elektric shovk when I wanted to switch it off.

I have been a regular client at Pullman zamzam in medina munawarah and in makkah clock towers. This stay, once again, was a very satisfactory one and all services met my expectations. Being a silver member of Accor, I got free parking, which the parking tag had been pre-register and handed to me on arrival.

2 SAR per hour for parking. Had to carry my suitcase till the elevator. From desk person lucks manners in terms of addressing guest. Offering cheap water, Aquafina, in a “high-scale” hotel. Noise from outside the hotel at 7 am
