I enjoyed my stay at Zam Zam Pullman. I found it relaxing and comfortable. My request would be to have written information available about your spa facility and charges and room service and charges on food ordered through room service in the room for guest to choose from should they wish. Also the information to be offered to the guest on arrival regarding breakfast charges if at the time of check in or later ( single day supplement) being different. The reception staff was nice. On a couple of occasions when I enquired about a service, I felt that particularly the younger member of reception staff were too quick to reach a conclusion and said the service was not free of charge, when I was not asking for a free of charge service. Otherwise they were polite and helpful. These are small things and did not take away my pleasure to use your hotel. Thank you for looking after me. Regards Lubna

The hotel is beautiful and and breakfast was lovely with plenty of variety. The only downside was the ladies entrance to the mosque was a bit of a walk

Overall very comfortable room and amenities were great, location was excellent as it was only 2 minutes walk from the Masjid itself, good food options located next to the hotel in the building next door which has food shops located on the 3rd floor, I arrived at 1pm and had to wait until 4pm before the room was made available which was a bit annoying also no porter were available for luggage as we arrived so had to bring the luggage inside ourself again not a great welcome! apart from that All good!
