Guest service was professional and friendly at check in, our room had a wet patch on the carpet at the toilet entrance. I had on slippers so I didn't feel it initially, till my husband drew my attention to it. I didn't report it because it was just a one night stay and I didn't want to be bothered to be change rooms. Check out was disappointing because we had called reception twice for a porter to help get our luggage. while waiting our Uber had arrived so I went down to meet the driver and also informed Guest services about the issue. The lady called right away but my husband had already put the 2 suitcases and carry on in the lift and was on his way down. He was upset.

We stayed in Pullman Zamzam Madinah during our Umrah trip in February 2026. It was an amazing and incredible trip honestly everyone there was so polite and helpful. Always had a smile on their faces. Definitely booking this hotel again inshallah
