First time for me & family came to Medina and we choose this hotel. I am a Gold Accor Member, so when I book one type of room it will be upgraded to the higher type. Thank God the gave me Suite Room with 3 bed rooms. The hotel is really near to the Haram Mosque Nabawi, just walk 3 minutes to get there. All the staff of the hotel especially staff of the restaurant are very friendly. The Food is good & delicious. Thank you & best regards Julianda (954, April 16 - 20, 2024)

Alhamdullilah a very good stay, great location (literally across from the Green Dome), spacious and clean rooms, shuttle service for women to the other side of the masjid, near shopping options, great buffet breakfast with such courteous staff (Shahid Anjum was great!!) Highly recommend for families..

The hotel has the best Haram View and nothing can match that view. The breakfast buffet choice is unbeatable. It has 5 to 6 different food stations and every food station offers an unique variety of food choices. Shahid Anjum was our Server today and he really took care of us and hw was caring, courteous and professional. It was a great experience in totality.

The breakfast was amazing! Had a really good time there🥰 Definitely recommend it. It is really close to the Masjid! Their supervisor Shahid Anjum was really helpful!🥰 the rooms were clean, everything was on point. The shuttle service was a cherry on the top! Overall 5 stars 👍🏻
