The food quality in the restaurant needs to improve. Firstly the milk that the children used to put in their cereal had turned bad and this could have resulted in upset stomach. I informed the restaurant staff but they did not seem to care. Secondly, I would encourage the management to visit and eat at other 5 star hotel restaurants/hotels comparable to Pullman Zamzam and you will see that the food quality of Pullman is below standard. I stay at Pullman Zamzam frequently, every year but now I feel I need to search for an alternative. Please improve.

The hotel was fine, cleanliness and location are great but the overall state is below what you'd expect from a 5 stars: broken shower head, broken fridge door and above all there is a door between every two rooms with zero sound isolation. You can hear your neighbors breath!
