My family and I had a wonderful 4-night stay at the Pullman Zamzam Madina. We booked 2 rooms and were absolutely delighted to receive an upgrade to 2 suites, with one of them offering a stunning Haram view. This made our spiritual journey even more special. The hospitality was top-notch, and my entire family truly enjoyed the experience. A special mention goes to the convenient bus service to and from the female mosque section, which made it so much easier for the women in our group to commute comfortably. The hotel's proximity to the Haram is unbeatable, making it very easy to come and go for prayers. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we hope to come back again soon. Thank you to the entire Pullman team for making our stay so memorable!

Had the absolute best experience at Pullman ZamZam can’t express how amazing everything was from the check in to the cleaning stuff assigned on our floor. Everyone was truly so sweet and kind. The upgrades we had because of being an Accor member were also very much appreciated the suite was so spacious and nice and the breakfast invitation was such a sweet touch to end our time in Madinah.
