A fantastic hotel with great location. Front desk staff was very welcoming . All other staff was cooperative and helpful throughout our stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent food quality. I highly appreciate the separate restaurant exclusively for Accor members. We had a pleasant and memorable stay.

This is my stay No.4 at Pullman Zamzam Madinah, The prime location very near to the mosque , very fast check in and out, thanks very much for our room was upgraded to a suite with the view of the mosque, Thanks to all staff at Pullman, specially whom I met personally , Mrs Rawaa and Seba on guest relation, Mr Nawaf Khalil & Abd El Raouf , front office managers, Mr Shiraz food and baverage manager , I hope to repeat again my stay.

Best hotel, with food, hospitality and location wise in Madina. I went there with my family. Because of the location we all were relaxed and could served the purpose we where there for. Hotel had a great breakfast. Very nearby to many more attractions.

Average experience! Needs maintenance

This is our third stay at ZamZam Pullman in Madinah, and I must say it wasn’t a particularly enjoyable experience. I don’t believe the services and upkeep of the hotel meet the standards of an Accor 5 Star hotel. We’ve stayed at several around the world (Alhamdolillah), and this one falls short specially on this particular occasion. Let me start with the rooms. They’re not fit for a 5 Star hotel. The carpets are old and poorly maintained, the toilet doors are cracking, the wood is chipping away, and all the grouting is coming off. The shower floor has cracks and chips. We’ve had to request changes in sheets and room upkeep every single day. When we did, the staff would come and clean the room, but that shouldn’t be the case! The breakfast was good, but it got a bit monotonous after a while. The dinner was average for the price we paid for half board. I want to give a special mention to Yusuf in the dining area (the rooftop restaurant) and Khursheed, who has been incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the lack of maintenance is dragging this amazing hotel down. The location is great, but we might consider other hotels for our future stays unless some drastic upgrades are made.
