Very comfortable and clean. And food was everything. And the staff were very welcoming. I want to thank Mohammed Sulleiman who was very attentive on our tables and was professional yet very friendly. It was a bonus that it was 2 minutes walk from the front prophets (SAW) mosque. Thank you and highly recommend to anyone with children or just couples and large or small families.

We stayed at Pullman Zamzam Madinah, and our experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Room service was prompt, the rooms were spotless, and any request we made was fulfilled almost instantly. The level of cleanliness and efficiency was outstanding. What impressed me the most was the genuine care and understanding shown by the staff, especially during breakfast. We had booked breakfast for four people, but due to health reasons my husband is unable to go downstairs or be exposed to different food aromas. I explained our situation to the breakfast manager, Mr.Shirez Ahmed , and he was incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. He immediately allowed me to take food to our room for my husband and informed the rest of the team so everything would go smoothly. His empathy and professionalism truly touched my heart. The breakfast staff were equally cooperative and supportive. A special mention goes to Dilshad one of the waiters, who went above and beyond in his service. He consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable, asked if I needed anything, and always greeted me with warmth and a friendly conversation. His positive attitude made our mornings even more pleasant. I am deeply grateful to Mr.Shirez Ahmed , and his entire team for the incredible work they do under such pressure and high demand. Their dedication to guest comfort and well-being is truly admirable. Outstanding customer service, caring staff, and a wonderful breakfast experience. I would highly recommend Pullman Zamzam Madinah to everyone. If you need help, just ask — you will find a team of true stars ready to assist you.

Hotel Zamzam is an excellent hotel. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, and the food is delicious. The housekeeping staff and all employees are polite, friendly, and always ready to help whenever needed. Meals are served in a buffet style with a good variety of tasty options. I would especially like to mention Tanvir, who provided outstanding service to us. He is very hardworking, calm, and professional, which is extremely important in this line of work. Another great thing is that the staff often ask for our feedback, whether the food is good and if everything is going well for us, which shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Hotel Zamzam to everyone. It is located very close to Masjid -e- Nabawi, making it a perfect place to stay.
