Welcoming staffs, always with a smile, the Bangladeshis housekeeping staffs are just fabulous. However upon booking I paid for a more expensive room to end up with a cheaper one upon check-in with no refund or compensation.

The hotel is well located, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations. The reservation process was not smooth. I had to call multiple times just to find out how to pay for the reservation, which made the booking process unnecessarily complicated. Regarding the room, basic amenities such as slippers and bathrobes were not provided. More importantly, there was a persistent unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. I contacted the hotel staff twice about this issue, but unfortunately, it was not resolved, and the bad smell remained until my last day. Overall, while the location is convenient, the reservation process, room amenities, and responsiveness to guest concerns need significant improvement.

I take this opportunity to say jzkla khayran to pullman zamzam madinah for our beautiful stay in your hotel. From check in till our very sad check out, we had a beautiful stay. We were so spoilt with space, comfort, convenience and definitely the most beautiful view. Over the years we have stayed at many hotels in our umrah trips, but our stay at pullman zamzam madinah was the best. We felt as if we were at home and could live there. The breakfast options were good even though we do not eat any meat at all. The surprise dinner that you extended to us was truly lovely. There were so many options and all very tasty. The desserts were superb. The cleaning service at our room, Muhammad khursheed Jaahidil islam Siyam khan, Were extremely fantastic and accommodating. Please extend our sincere thanks to all at your hotel, and we definitely look forward to another stay there insha Allah. Keep up the superb service and excellent quality of hosting.. Jzkla khayran There are only 2 suggestions which I think you will be able to please do. 1. Please have a few screens in the restaurant (Acacia) for the privacy of ladies in niqaab who would like to use. 2. Please label all food in the Acacia Restaurant correctly and also with more detail, eg. Suitable for vegetarian or not. Jzkla khayran for lovely stay

We were met by Abdulrauf Marwan. He was very polite, helpful and very friendly. He was a true Madani. We spent some time discussing his father's work in the Oberoi. He brought a smile to our faces. Nothing was too much for him. He was very professional in his mannerisms, and it was very warm in comparison to Makkah where everything felt rushed. The hotel is in a great location especially for Mens area. It is a bit of a walk away for the women's area however the hotel does offer a free shuttle. We had no issues as we were both mobile and have no issues to walk. Alhamdulilah. Thanks for a memorable stay!

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming to me and my husband. They were kind enough to give us an exceptional room and made it special for our wedding anniversary, greeting us with cake, cheesecake, Arabic coffee, nuts and dates. The nicest room in Madinah I have ever stayed at. Guest experience called the room everyday to ask how our stay was which at times disturbed our sleep, but was a nice gesture.

Although we had a rocky start, we were initially given a room which had a lot of noise externally, and the room was changed multiple times, we were eventually placed in an exceptional room, which the staff kindly upgraded us to due to the inconvenience. The experience overall was fantastic, the location of the hotel was so convenient, less than a few mins walk to Al Masjid Nabwi, and also the museum/restaurants behind the hotel. The lift service and availability of lifts was one of the best we have been to. Also would like to commend the exceptional cleaning staff on the 3rd floor, went above and beyond. Overall great experience.

I stayed at Pullman ZamZam Makkah last week and Alhamdulillah it was a wonderful experience. The location is perfect - just a few steps to Al-Haram, very easy for prayers. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable after long ibadah. Staff were polite, helpful and welcoming. Check-in was smooth. Overall highly recommended for Umrah trip.
