Check-in at the hotel was disappointing. While I was waiting in line, another (Saudi)guest attempted to cut ahead of me and the receptionist seemed more focused on assisting him first. I was also asked to step aside and pay again even though my reservation had already been prepaid. However, the manager handled the situation professionally, resolved the reservation issue within minutes, and was courteous throughout the interaction. After check-in, my daughter and I had a very pleasant 3-night stay overall. I appreciate the manager’s assistance and hope the front desk process can be improved for future guests.
