we suffered as the room was cramped and cluttered with unnecessary items, and the bathroom door's placement obstructed comfortable entry and exit. Therefore, I suggest reconfiguring the room to suit its size and changing the bathroom door position

We arrived at the hotel lobby at 3:00 PM and were informed that check-in would be at 5:00 PM. However, we did not receive our room until almost 11:00 PM. This delay was completely unacceptable, especially since we had traveled from another city and were exhausted from the journey. We paid for our stay expecting a smooth and professional experience, but instead we spent most of the day waiting in the lobby. A six-hour delay beyond the promised check-in time is not reasonable and caused significant frustration and inconvenience for my family. I hope the hotel improves its room management and communication with guests to prevent this from happening to others.
