Unfortunately, we have to give a rating of 8. We were excited to stay at the MOVENPICK hotel. I am shocked that your hotel property is very outdated. The bathrooms need renovation, as well as the carpet and the rooms. Please renovate ASAP! I have to commend the hotel staff. They are amazing! Customer service at the breakfast buffet is SUPERB! The staff is very kind and make sure you’re comfortable while having delicious breakfast. I also want to commend the housekeeping staff. They were very kind and immediately took care of all requests. We will be back only if the hotel is renovated- especially the bathrooms and the carpet. They need to be replaced. Our bathroom had white and blue silicone. This is not luxury feeling at all. Also, please serve luxury shampoo and conditioner. Maybe consider Byredo products?
