Couldn’t include Iftar and sohoor on my initial online booking and by the time I got to the hotel the charges for meals were exorbitant and they kept on increasing the rates throughout our stay!!!!!

Bathroom we were given was way too small . Should include discounted breakfast option if u a regular.

We did not able to pray eid as they closed the hotel gates 4 hour's before without sending any notification for guests?!

The only thing I love about the hotel is the location. The worst thing there is the cleaning staffs, they act like they wanted “tip” all the time and one of the staff was even asking me to give a good review (wording according what he asked). He wanted me to do immediately and ask to take a picture of the review because he wanted to show it as a proof to his manager. I don’t know is that even legal to do it, because it may consider as a fake review right?
