I was disappointed that hotel guests are charged 120SAR per day.After a long 900 km journey, I expected complimentary parking , ad offered by many nearby hotels. This will influence my decision to stay here again in the future.

I am a long time customer on a yearly basis since 15 years back. In the rent few years, i changed to other locations but booked this year again to refresh old memories. I was amazed on how well renovated the room was not like previous years. My stay was in Haram-view Studio.

we suffered as the room was cramped and cluttered with unnecessary items, and the bathroom door's placement obstructed comfortable entry and exit. Therefore, I suggest reconfiguring the room to suit its size and changing the bathroom door position
