The check-in experience with Fares was incredible and fantastic. The check out experience, on the contrary, was very bad and shameful. The check-out agent to extend my check-out beyond 1 pm even after I said I am willing to pay on an hourly basis and insisted i pay a full fare. Once I checked out; the remaining balance was not returned to me. When I returned to the hotel to collect my money, the agent Shahd was so dry and unwelcoming and made us wait over 20 minutes to give me back my money.

Thank you for your review. The room is old, the bathroom is old and needs renovation, and there's a smell of smoke and other smells I can't identify. This is causing health problems for my mother, who has asthma. The air conditioning is also very bad; it doesn't work properly and you can't adjust it because it simply doesn't work. But the worst thing is the breakfast. I've visited about 60-65 countries around the world, and this is the worst breakfast I've ever had. It's a disaster, something unforgettable. We're even sick now because of this breakfast. The food is unclean, and the smells from the strange foods are unbearable. We didn't even go down to the breakfast on our last day because it was absolutely unbearable. We will definitely not repeat this experience at this hotel, even if it's free.

I arrived to check in the receptionist Razan i believe her name, seemed to be in very bad mood, Zero emotional connection , Zero intrest with the guest, she didn't reply to any of my Questions and when I asked her about the Gym timing she said : I don't know, better go there and ask them directly .. I was like wooow. I asked another Receptionist Male , and guess what .. his answer was the same. Product Knowledge is very important in this industry .. I highly recommand the managment to look seriousely into this.
