Very small room and tight space, you cannot move

Hello. The Forbach hotel I stayed in was very clean and very quiet. Thank you. I would like to give a little feedback. You should improve the quality of the towels in the bathrooms/WCs a little bit. There are very simple quality towels. (I am someone who has been working in tourism/hotel management for 7 years.)

Friendly reception (of course one should respect the hours), comfortable budget room, and a very good breakfast for this type of booking. The location is quiet enough to leave the window open, so the night was good. The parking is appreciated.

Good stay - one minor problem

We booked a family room, spacious and good enough for the three of us (5 beds!), 2 bathrooms. I think housekeeping attention to detail could improve, even if this is a budget hotel. In both bathrooms there were two large hair/shower gel/ bottles with a pump, so in total 4. In each there was an inch of product left. How can this be overlooked in 4 bottles, how long has it been that housekeeping did not fill these 4 bottles? You have to wonder how many other guests before us saw the quantity left and decided it was not worth mentioning it. I would like to bring this to your attention because this is a minor thing for the hotel to improve, but it is quite a big issue in the eyes of a guest. I booked on the Accor App, and I am a silver member, I hold your chain in high regard.
