Nice hotel with friendly staff. Only issue was that I had emailed ahead to ask for a cot in the room which wasn't there but a quick request at reception and this was resolved immediately.

We stayed here overnight for a quick stop. We always like Novotel. The comments I could say are that the toilet was not cleaned thoroughly - hairs were found when we first entered the toilet and one of the towel had stains (not sure if it is cleaned or not). The rest is ok.
