We arrived at 9am for breakfast, fly’s on all uncovered food. Had to request more eggs and bacon and both pots were empty. Coffee machine produced horrid tasting coffee. Room was very clean and pool side area nice and relaxing. Toilets by restaurant were in need of attention, very dirty.

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Pool was very welcomed in the hot weather. Evening meal was good, food was nice but service not as good, forgot our dessert order, drinks and deserts not available even though was still shown on menu board, plates and glasses not cleared. Breakfast was better. Used the ladies toilets in reception and only 2 were in use as others were having work done, the toilet cubicle was full of little flies, not very nice with a young child.

The aircon in the whole hotel was broken, on a very hot day. When I checked in I was told that I’d been sent an email about this - but I had not received anything at all. Fans were provided but they didn’t work all that well. I feel like I paid a lot of money for a very bad night’s sleep, which is not what you need when driving across Europe. And I don’t like being told untruths - I was just too tired to protest.

Good clean hotel, hamburger evening meal was great, breakfast so so, the tea leaves should be replaced with bags, or at least get some English tea bags in, a toaster would also be a nice addition.

Very close to the autoroute but absolutely quiet.

Stayed here for work for 5 nights and it was a good experience. Good food, workers spoke English, and the room was comfortable. The only thing to improve was that the gym did not have window shades and the hand soap in my room was not replaced for a few days when it was empty. Also, there is no iron in the room.

Quiet well equipped room. Lovely friendly welcoming staff. Perfectly situated for a motorway stop with a large garden to exercise my dog - and a swimming pool in the summer to exercise the kids!
