Convenient for the autobahn, pleasant enough area though not too many amenities eg petrol station, eating places etc. Good (not freezing) air conditioning system. Excellent food in the restaurant so other eateries not necessary. It is August so maybe very quiet, I don't know how many guests there were but I do know that you need more staff.. Nobody on reception when I arrived (albeit early) but was amazed that in the evening a very pleasant gentleman called Jordan appeared to be the only receptionist, only barman, the only waiter for the restaurant - all tasks performed efficiently and with a good grace but do hope he gets help when you're busier!

Good location - no finding your way through industrial zones and back streets. Good for a one-night stay. Reception - was (by recent experiences) unbelievable - my wife and Spaniel had checked in even before I'd parked the car. Room - excellent. Restaurant - was acceptable, but after drining all day we can't manage a four course meal. Overall - We can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for just one night. Room spacious and decent; except aircon didn't seem to fully work. Breakfast was good. The hotel was let down by the 'sticky flooring on the reception/dinning level' which a staff member said when asked why everyone was sticking to the floor 'Its dirty"..!

We booked the cheapest rooms and were very happy with it. Modern with good quality furnitures and beds. Bathroom small but convenient and up to date. Lobby, bar and restaurant very stylish. Wonderful breakfast with many choice and amazing products (breads, marmelade and homemade chocolate granola)

Our daughter was rushed into hospital nearby for an emergency operation. Our grandchildren stayed with us. The hotel staff were very accommodating and made lunch for my daughter and grandchildren each day to take into the hospital. They definitely went above and beyond. Rooms very clean, breakfast excellent and dinner good. Can’t really fault it.

The room was not done when I arrived late at night, when I asked for another room and an upgrade, I got a room worse than the first. The fan in the bathroom is noisy, the aircon box was hanging from the wall. I do not understand why the prices are so high when the hotel room are aged and the bedding not very comfortable. I book there for lack of other approved option with my work travel policy only, but I do not appreciate my stays there.
