I enjoyed the stay. The room was comfortable. The room service breakfast was very generous. Lunch in the restaurant was excellent. Service in general was excellent. In particular, I would like to commend Dominik on reception who kindly found and returned my wallet which I dropped at the front entrance. This was wonderful and saved me a lot of trouble.

We stayed overnight after a long drive from the Black Forest. The bar and restaurant were fully booked with two big parties. This was not told on arrival! So we had to find somewhere to eat that evening when all we wanted was a quiet drink and meal in the hotel. We were not familiar with the city and was disappointed to have to go walkabout!
