Well located but causing me have a backache

This is so my second time staying in your hotel. Everything was good but after I sleep on the bed for one night. I am suffering backache na headache as the pillow and the mattress does not have a good support. FYI, I am not a fat lady. Hope you can check on the pillow and the mattress.

The stay was amazing, food was nice, maintained proper cleanliness, only one thing that i find little negative was may be because of the moisture or improper drying the bed mattress was smelly & room service food menu was fixed any other food of your choice they wont serve. The travel agent has conveyed us that early checkin will not charge any extra money if the room was available but they charged me 90SGD. I didnot understand the concept of security deposit as i stayed in so many 5 star hotels but this was the first time when i had to give the security deposit of 310 SGD including early checkin charges. The decor, behaviour of the staff was truly good.

Room size was good. Interior were clean n quality. Location needless to say. The staff, esp reception lady that served us on check in) was impeccable. Didn't get her name but knowing that we checked in on my birthday, she arranged for lovely macaron cake, fruits platter, Xmas macaron & a handwritten birthday wishing card.
