For Pullman, the lounge can be better food during breakfast. The breads are awful, stale bread being served.

We spent five nights with Pullman (3 rooms) from Dec 30 till January 4. We originally planned a shorter stay since we were supposed to board the new Disney Adventure cruise ship but since that was postponed to May, we just decided to stay a few more nights to explore Singapore. The hotel was clean and had a very classy ambience and atmosphere. The bed was top notch and we slept very well. The breakfast is very good considering it had smaller selections very other Pullman hotels. The only thing I was disappointed was that I pre booked the room configuration as early as last year but was informed the day we arrived that only king beds were booked for our 3 rooms. Fortunately we were able to get one room with twin beds configuration but had to lower our room level for this. Good thing Isabel of reception was kind enough to include free breakfast for the lower room to compensate for this. Lastly, I spent my birthday in the hotel but being a Gold Accor member did not have any benefit at all. Since my birthday December 31st falls upon the black out dates, I did not get any special discount on that day which was kind of disappointing. Even planned to have a family breakfast birthday celebration did not push through because of the black out dates. I still plan to book another stay in Pullman in May when we will finally board the Disney adventure around May 19 to 21 but was afraid to do so since we were not yet sure the launch will push through. Is it possible to reserve the rooms without full payment of the rooms? Maybe just reserve for us? Thanks, we used to book the hotel across the street Mandarin Orchard (now Hilton Orchard) when we stayed in Singapore. Now we have stay 3x already with you since April 2025. Please get back to me on my request to book our rooms in May without confirming payment since I dont want what happened last December when Disney adventure postponed. Thanks

Need more variation on the breakfast menu and bigger room size, in Pullman Jakarta & Bali I get a bigger room size and more variation on the breakfast menu with a cheaper price.

Very well located opposite of shopping malls such as paragon and ngee ann city, staff was friendly, professional and did those extra touches (ie. Handwriten card, complimentary fruit platter)
