I have been to Pullman Orchard Hotel, restaurants like EDEN numerous times. Hence this is the 1st time, I want to try to stay at Pullman Orchard Hotel even for several hours via DAYUSE account. The room is spacious and I like it. Looking forward to stay here when I am available to do so. I hope next time I can afford to stay if the room has a BATH TUB etc. Hopefully to receive favorable reply from you real soon. Thank you.

Stunning experience from the 1st to the last minute. Boutique service in a large Pullman Hotel. Super friendly staff, large and very comfortable room with unique bathroom design and great amenities. Excellent breakfast as expected in this kind of hotel. The location is of course perfect if you need to shop / work around Orchard Road. I will surely return!

When I arrived to check in, I joined the Accor Members lane as indicated by the signage. When it was finally my turn, the staff informed me that another guest should be served first because they had arrived earlier and were waiting in the regular queue.
However, it turned out that the guest was not checking in at all—they were simply making an enquiry about room rates. As I was already rushing to attend a meeting, this was particularly frustrating. When I questioned the staff about it, I was told that there was no priority check-in for members, despite the lane being clearly marked as an “Accor Members” queue.
The situation was confusing and disappointing, as the signage created an expectation of a dedicated or priority service for members, which was not honoured in practice.

Dave picked us up from the airport, which was fantastic! Arrival and check-in went smoothly, and we were able to settle into our Club Residence room right away. It was located on the 4th floor, right next to the Archive Club. Being so close to the lounge is really convenient, though we would have liked a better view.
Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious, offering a huge selection of international dishes. Unfortunately, it was a bit noisy. The next day, we tried breakfast in the Archive Club. Sadly, the Eggs Benedict were cold and not very good—it seemed as though they had been forgotten in the kitchen. For me, Eggs Benedict are a good benchmark for kitchen quality. The selection in the lounge was also rather meager, so we had to choose between a noisy atmosphere and a limited choice of food.
I have to highlight the drinking water tap in the room as a positive—every hotel should have one! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we slept well. However, the air conditioning was a bit tricky to control; even at 26°C, it got a little too cold, forcing me to keep turning it on and off. I found the room layout—with its steps—a bit awkward, and it posed a slight tripping hazard.
The lounge was overcrowded on the weekend, there was a struggle to get a seat. Otherwise it would be a nice place with pleasant staff.
We were somewhat disappointed upon departure. We expected the hotel-booked airport transfer to be punctual. The price we paid didn't match the service we received. I could have booked a small car with a somewhat peculiar driver via a ridesharing app for about half the cost. I simply expect more from a 5-star establishment!

This was my second time staying at the Pullman and it’s solidified my opinion that there is simply no better place to stay when visiting Singapore. The service was exceptional, the staff incredibly warm and welcoming and I was extremely grateful to receive an upgraded room. I had also paid for early check in, and arrived 6:30am with the incredible news that my room was already available and I could check in immediately. This was a lifesaver for my jet lag coming off a 14 hour flight and allowed me some precious extra hours of sleep. I continue to recommend the Pullman to all friends and family who are looking to stay in Singapore and look thoroughly forward to my next stay!

I booked the room through the link provided by my event organizer. I made the booking a month ago, and I even emailed the hotel about it. How is it that when I arrived at the hotel, there was no booking confirmation under my name? The system told me that I might have booked the wrong check-in date, but I have a confirmation email that states the correct date. I do not know what happened between the date I made the booking and the check-in date.

We were supposed to have a reguler check in time.
We arrived early in the morning and hoping to drop our luggages at the concierge and went back at the reguler check in time.
Instead of waiting we were informed that our room was ready that early morning which gave us so many advantages of using our day.
We were so thankfull for that.
The room were perfect for our stay.

I have stayed ats several properties in Singapore and i was a little disappointed with the Pullman. Bed was very hard with four very hard pillows (no options for softer pillows/maybe two of both), but main disappointment was water pressure in shower. It was very average and needed to stand right under nozzle for a shower. I also had room service on night one and they made me pay for the food at the door as there was a problem with my card on file which was a little embarrassing. I went to reception and there was no problem which was more frustrating. I enjoyed the location and facilities. As a frequent visitor to Singapore for work Im not sure if i would rush back to the Pullman.

We had a nice stay. Staff were great and always helpful, with breakfast and other meals excellent. Cleaners were excellent.
I needed to see a doctor, and manager(s) acted promptly and followed up.
Hotel location was very good and close to MRT, shops etc.
I expected there would be a concierge as a 5 star but there wasn’t so I needed assistance with how to book things like tours and trips. Staff helped where possible.
Having stayed in 5 Star hotel in Singapore I don’t think this hotel is really 5 Star. Example, I was supposedly upgraded but room was smaller than expected. King size bed, not really, with my feet hanging over the end (I’m 180 cm) and on a Queen size bed at home it’s ok. Also, lobby area quite small as was pool, gym etc.
We booked through travel agent and received a letter on check in for a free drink but I couldn’t redeem. Even though I’m a Silver member, I was told not applicable, despite the offer.
I checked about discount on meals, as a Silver member, but was told I couldn’t do it for previous meals because it had to be requested for each meal. I’m not sure whether my spend in addition to travel booking will be applied as points.
Room was very noisy and I had to yell at adjacent room to tell people to shut up, after midnight. This was due to adjoining room door, and also corridor noise. I’m not talking about a minute while people used the hall, rather, long, loud conversations in rooms.
