I appreciated the friendliness of the staff in the lounge, Dahlia and Rina in particular. I find the regular rooms quite small so thankfully I’ve been upgraded

The front desk is ok, they upgrade us in a nice room because we are all accor member. The housekeeping was amazing! Everytime we meet at the lobby they always make sure we have everything that we need and she always smile. On the last day of our stay i got disappointment with the Manager because he told us we dont have a breakfast included, even saying that the first 2 days we do but the last day not included. We went on the way to our room and he called us again “unapologetically” saying that it is included, he didnt confirm at the front desk first before telling the guest.

I stayed for nearly 3 weeks on a work assignment. The first room allocated had a few plumbing issues. These could not easily be resolved, so I moved room which was much better. The staff were lovely and overall, it was a great place to stay.

Stay was good, under the previous management service was good but rooms were spiritually bad. Under the new management of Pullman the room has a better spiritual vibes but the service is horrid, doesn't live up to the 5 Star service. Everywhere around the world I choose Pullman for its 5 star hospitality though it doesn't have the concierge and bell boy service as compared to traditional hotels. Without these traditional services, I will expect the service to of higher quality or even better. Both front desk & club lounge should be more energetic, as pullman is perceived as the new age of 5 star hotels. I best Pullman I've ever stayed and will always go back to stay is the one in Tokyo. This hotel in Orchard should learn from them. When I stepped into the room I was happy to see a Nespresso machine only to find out that it uses a knocked off capsule in the name of "sustainability". I think the coffee machine should be change too. The birthday addon was not value for money. Just a simple deco and a dry cake. Many other hotels out there can do a better job than this. Other than that, it's the safety of the equipments in the room. The hairdryer needs a serious check. The one in my room had unstable switches and a green spark appeared when I tried to adjust the speed of the fan. It's the first time I've experience such a thing in any hotels around the world.
