Seating in the room to watch TV is tough. There were no coffee capsules for 2 days. Breakfast is good. The lack of draft on tap beer is a disappointment. Good internet and just able to operate my laptop from the table and sofa in my room

The place is very well located. Easy access to mrt stations and the malls. The receptionist was very helpful and gave an upgrade of our room.

Service was painfully slow especially in the restaurant. I also found some trash in the room from the previous occupant that wasn't cleaned properly. Stray hairs were also found
