Location is good. Service is good. Food is good. Coffee machine kept giving problems but housekeeping was prompt to resolve it. Will come back again.

I have stayed here several times in the past because of the convenient location, but I encountered unexpected issues during my last two visits. During my previous stay, I was unable to check in because I was informed that my booking had been cancelled, something I was completely unaware of. After a long flight, I simply wanted to rest, but instead had to deal with confusion at the counter. The staff later told me that my credit card had supposedly declined a day before my arrival, yet I received no email or notification about this. Fortunately, a room was still available. Since I knew I’d be returning to Singapore in the following months, I made another reservation for two rooms directly at the reception and paid on the spot. The transaction was successful. However, a few days ago when I arrived to check in once again, I was told that my booking had been cancelled for the second time. This time there was no clear explanation, even though the payment had been made months earlier at the hotel.

I completely understand how frustrating it must have been, especially after long flights, and this is certainly not the experience we want for our loyal guests. What I understand from our team is that when your first booking was made, your credit card showed as declined in the system, which normally triggers a notification to inform guests that the reservation did not go through. It appears that the notification did not reach you, and I sincerely apologise for this system error. You subsequently made your future bookings directly with us and settled the payment on the spot, yet the same issue occurred again upon your return. I sincerely apologise for this recurrence. We will be strengthening our internal verification processes across both the Front Office and Reservations teams, to ensure that fully paid and guaranteed bookings are accurately reflected in our system and not released or cancelled in error. We truly value your loyalty and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back, providing you with the seamless and enjoyable experience you rightfully expect. It was a pleasant stay, the services of the staff are professional. I was very impressed when I called the hotel to check on the reservation. The phone was promptly picked up and the staff could attend to my enquiry directly. " Kwan Hua" ( i hope I get his name and spelling right) was assuring that the request would be looked into. He told me to request for room facing Orchard Road and to book under the Premier category. He said it is a request that he would look into it. We had the Orchard Road room and my elderly aunt of 83 years old was "over the moon," to experience the view and enjoy the lights- up from the room. Thank you for making her day!! The breakfast spread was also good and we had a great breakfast. A lovely experience staying at the Pullman Singapore Orchard!

Overall as good & pleasant hotel stay .. however should look at the toilet bathing functional .... weaking water and inconsistent of hot/cold water
