Check in experience is less than satisfactory. I was like a circus of confusion. I’d go even further, dangerous with people including staff pushing thru with bags. The closure of the club during the ENTIRE stay was most unsatisfactory. the replacement of public dining room also not satisfactory. And the caos at breakfast in the dining was delicately everything i try and avoid when stay at a hotel. Instead of actively avoiding it, hotel directly sends you into it. As a guest, i suggest to you this is a sign of complete lack of hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Singapore Orchard. The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are comfortable, and the location on Orchard Road is absolutely perfect for shopping and connectivity. The staff were warm, attentive, and ensured a seamless experience throughout my stay. The only area for improvement would be the variety of Indian cuisine. It would be great to see a wider selection of Indian dishes, especially during breakfast and in the lunch/dinner menus, to better cater to Indian guests. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel (just off Orchard Road) was great. The room however was quite dated. It was ok for a one night stay but wouldn’t stay longer.
