It was a nice experience! It was only 1 night but we could rest very well. The only thing is that our key didnt work so we had to ask for help evertime we had to enter to our room. But the employees always did it kindly

Good location for Alezanderplatz and Station

We had to book somewhere quickly due to planes being cancelled and was delighted to find Greet Hotel. My room was pretty tiny and was overlooked by office buildings and a fire escape. The bed was small but comfortable. The pillow basically non existent. Bathroom was good so was the buffet breakfast.

Disgusting treatment by obnoxious rude female receptionist

Rude and obnoxious female member of reception staff who threatened me with calling the police due to her not giving us all of our booked rooms. Couldn’t understand that 2 rooms were on one reservation so refused to give me a room key but has charged me for one nights stay when we didn’t even have a room key! Then gave our group a single room which they joked and called the ‘urinal room’ due to the smell of urine instead of the superior twin room that was booked back in December 2023! Honestly worst hotel I have ever stayed in! Plenty of much better hotels in the area with much friendlier staff!
