We had another excellent four night stay in November at the Mecure, Paignton. Our sea facing room was perfect, very clean as was the shower room. Breakfast every morning was well presented and good quality. All the staff we met were kind, responsive, attentive and so made our stay enjoyable. Car parking at a daily fee is well worthwhile - underground and well lit. The whole place is welcoming and so we shall be making another booking. A good location on the sea front and well placed to visit Dartmouth and Brixham etc. Within walking distance of the station should you wish to take the train along the Devon coast.

We turned up without having a booking and the lady on the desk was more than helpful She took her time with us and made sure we got the right rooom . The hotel was clean and tidy in the rooms and around everywhere always plenty of stuff on hand.

Quick midweek break, lady from Ibis was working on the front desk at Mecure and was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and she took time to speak to guests when reception was not busy. Had a room upgrade which was excellent.
