Offering parking with completely inadequate spaces for guests. Suggest having another place available as overspill. Not making people pay another £10 at a public carpark for an overnight stay. Room itself was very clean and comfortable however apart from the Fridge being available no different to a Premier Inn. Breakfast Again not 4 star, staff not in control or responding quick enough to food being available. Coffe machine out of Milk for 20 minutes and fruit juices empty for approximately the same time. A customer had a serious complaint and was dealt with at the front desk in front of guests. The person behind the front desk, escalated the issue by repeating “I understand your frustration” multiple times. This could have been easily avoided by taking the gentleman to the side and calmly let him explain the issue without interruption and offering a resolve. Raising voice at your guest to calm things down is NOT the way to do things. I certainly won’t stay at this hotel again.
