In general very good but denied dinner as the kitchen was “filled to capacity”.Not acceptable

However, we’re sorry to learn about your disappointment at not being able to dine with us because the kitchen had reached capacity. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when dinner plans are affected, and we agree that this is not the experience we want for our guests. Stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience, but there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. On the positive side, the hotel itself is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The rooms are well-presented, and the overall atmosphere feels fresh and well-maintained. It’s a nice place to relax after a long day, and the bed was especially comfortable. However, there were a few frustrations during the stay. Parking was quite difficult and expensive at £15 per night, which felt a bit excessive and inconvenient. Additionally, the fridge in the room was not working, and despite informing the front desk several times, the issue was never resolved during my stay. Another minor but noticeable downside was the TV—not being a smart TV was a bit disappointing, especially these days when streaming is expected. It made downtime in the room less enjoyable than it could have been. Overall, a comfortable and clean hotel with good potential, but a few service and convenience issues let it down slightly.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was a good size and priced very well. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing - my children loved the pancake machine and we had great weather!
