There is nothing wrong with the service or rooms except they are over priced for what they are. A clear case of gouging due to local area shortage. So called dynamic pricing will be the death of this industry as will destroy loyalty and relationships.

The whole stay was seamless, the staff were outstanding, the room was more than comfy enough and the food and breakfast were good, my only downside was a strong smell of cigarettes. It appears smokers use the balcony as a smoking point and you could smell it all over the complex as well as in the room.

The hotel was lovely and clean, bed very comfortable and once the door was closed couldn't hear any outdoor noise even though just off main road. Only negative was the shower, there was no pressure to it, luckily I didn't have to wash my hair.

As usual a good place to stay at the Ibis Plymouth - Food was good both breakfast and evening meal. The price was cheaper via the All Acor website in comparison to Hotels.com, however what was disappointing was that I could not claim AMEX points on the purchase when I arrived at the hotel as AMEX no longer works at IBIS Plymouth!!

My room was to near the bar that was playing music till late didn't like that and the evening meal was over cooked and took ages to get it
