We were impressed with the upgrade since our last stay. The only improvement we could suggest is providing a grab rail in the shower as my husband who only has the use of his left arm found it difficult to dismount from the shower. The stay otherwise was excellent and we would recommend it and use it again.

Weekend Stay whilst visiting Friends in Plymouth with our dog. very dog friendly and great staff. hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. the fact that the gound floor room we had opened directly on the car park made it so much easier with our dog
