stayed at hotel many times , always enjoyable experience, but this time we found pillows to soft and the one thing that annoyed me and my wife was when linen lorry pulled up outside are room at 6.45am sunday to pick up dirty laundry, could not get back to sleep.

The room furnishings were nothing special (though clean and comfortable), but the staff really made this trip. They were so kind and helpful, and had a lovely vibe that made our drinks in the bar and dinner in the restaurant a great experience.

I’m a regular hotel user and this has been the best in a while! Such a quiet motel. Beds had mattress toppers, making them a very comfortable sleep! Rooms had everything you needed; kettle, hair dryer, fan, heating and a big TV. It is placed outside the city, but it is an easy 15 min drive into the city centre. The quality of sleep I got, and the price, makes this drive worth it. Park and ride is near by too. I didn’t eat at the motel but that’s only because I am a fussy eater with allergies. 10/10 already recommended.

We have used this hotel quite a bit. It's basic but covers out needs. Staff are really helpful and friendly. The only issue was the plumbing in the bathroom was a bit smelly. Breakfast buffet is good as always.

lovely stay everything you need would benefit by putting in air con as went when it was really hot and the fan that was there didnt really do much, had one night as we had to have door and window open and someone was smoking dope by the room so air con would be good, didnt go much on the fish and chips for price as it looked like a packet fish from supermarket childs fish finger looked better, but staff very helpful well done to you all working in that heat great area for dogs too so well done and thank you ibis Plymouth 🫶🏼

The staff were excellent. The room was basic with no fridge and a small fan which had to be situated on a chair for both guests to benefit, not ideal. The man in the room next door smoked weed and it came into our room repeatedly. No hand towels provided just 2 bath towels and a bath mat, very strange we had to buy towels .

Great that the reception is open 24 hours in case the ferry is late. Staff were very helpful to ensure we got our food order in before the main kitchen closed, although food is available 24 hours. Very friendly and professional staff.
