Ac not working… again. Everytime I stay seems to be the same Also due to what I presume cost savings, the entire extract system is on a timer for only a little bit in morning and evening meaning not only is the bathroom steamy or potentially smelly if you use the services outside these times, but The bar toilets are constantly disgusting with the smell of excrement… Amd I mean horrific! With odours occasionally making its way to reception and bar.. With the cost of the drinks and food you’d think that they could afford to run these simple comforts full time. . On the plus side. Breakfast was good and bar staff friendly

I celebrated my parent’s birthday and requested a special wording written on the glass. Beyond my expectations, the writing was beautifully done. During check-in, the Front Office staff (Ibu Amel) noticed my request and surprised us with an extra gesture by sending a cake to the room. The service and hospitality from Ibu Amel were truly outstanding. Breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of choices. The staff were very attentive and efficient, especially pak Eko, who was extremely helpful. Thank you.

We stayed here for one night as we were going to a concert at the Cathedral. The hotel is perfectly located for that as the cathedral is just a few minutes walk away. The hotel is lovely and the rooms have everything you need including complimentary water. Fabulous shower and comfortable beds. The car park is handy and is charged at £16 for 24 hours. Breakfast is also very good with lots on offer and topped up regularly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful stay, good leisure options during my time here and well located. Recommend walking along to St Leonards to enjoy the pubs and restaurants in the area - quieter than central Exeter and a wonderful variety of options.
