My Privilege Room was quiet and well appointed. My cleaner kept my complimentary mini-bar stocked. The bar staff were young, obliging and charming. The front desk was able to accommodate my needs for printing boarding passes, luggage tags and shipping labels.

This was an odd one. It should have been an automatic great experience given the location and the room but it just felt underwhelming throughout. The car park spaces are too small for even an average modern car and wanting to unload from it. Then to be charged £16 for the privilege was a shocker. There was a queue to check in on arrival although it moved quite quickly. The receptionist though seemed vague and disinterested - despite the queue and my presence in front of her she took ages to even acknowledge me. I wasn't recognised as a gold member. The room was nice but little things stand out: toilet roll was cheap and thin which was out of keeping. The contents of the mini bar uninspiring - no Coke or similar.
