We are delighted to hear you found pur hotel beautiful, and that our team made such a positive impression with their friendly, helpful service. We do, however, value your honest feedback regarding the room size and layout. While some of our rooms are more compact by design, your comments about how the space felt have been noted and will be shared with the relevant teams. We also understand your expectations regarding in-room amenities at this level and appreciate you raising this. With regard to the spa, our thermal journey is offered as a full two-hour experience and is priced separately from accommodation. We understand that perceptions of value can vary and thank you for sharing your viewpoint. We are also sorry to hear that the bar felt overcrowded on Friday and Saturday evenings. We are particularly busy during the festive period, with both residents and non-residents enjoying the space, and we appreciate your understanding of how this can impact availability at peak times.
