Lovely welcome, room and building. Bar service at your sofas is sub standard, you always have to go up the bar and there is no difference as a resident later on beyond normal external hours for food. The breakfast service is really bad, slow, promises broken and food cold and order not listened too. I'd stay again but service really needs a pick up.

Great location, close to station and a straight walk down to the docks / Liver building etc. stayed overnight for a birthday weekend. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very helpful and polite staff. Beautiful hotel.

Absolutely stunning hotel, from the moment we walked in everything was perfect. Alex checked us in, he was very friendly and helpful. The Palm Court is a beautiful place to have a drink and relax in. Our room was lovely, very inkeeping with the building. On checkout the receptionists , Alice and Canata were extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be coming back
