The hotel is located in city center and next to train station . It is very convenient moving around for tourist attractions like Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbour Bridge, Darling Harbour, Chinatown, etc.. . Nice place to stay and the room is clean and the staff is very friendly.

I had a few problems with my room: AC wasn't working probably and room temperature was too hot which made me wake up at 3 AM and ask someone to come and fix it, which they did. Also plumbing needs some attention as my sink was draining properly, which is same feedback I heard from someone who was staying in another room at same time. There was no stand to put my back on in the room, standard procedure there is a small stand to put your luggage on.
