I stayed overnight for work, and overall, the stay was pleasant, but the bathroom needs maintenance work. There is mould in the silicone of the shower (Room 815)

I have stayed at this location multiple times. The team at Novotel Sydney City Centre really understand, listen and are willing to accommodate. My family and I have always enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone that is willing to experience Sydney stays at its best.

Easy late night (11.50pm) checkin. Well located and clean. Pillows were very big and hard and therefore uncomfortable. We asked for different pillows and were supplied with flatter but still a bit firm for my liking. On the booking page, it asked about late check out (5pm), which I wanted. The details said that this option was offered free of charge on Sundays. When I told front staff that I wanted to take advantage of this option, I was told by a sour looking woman that it wasn't accurate. I returned to the front desk to show the website details and after checking, it was agreed that I could check out at 5pm. On the Sunday, I received a phone call at lunch time asking when I was leaving as our belongings were still in our room. I explained that we had arranged late check out and would be back around 4pm. I was told "there's nothing in the notes". I recommend updating the website if it is inaccurate, or updating staff if the website is accurate.
