Unclean rooms and double charged for breakfast

The room was unclean, a face cloth wiped in the shower came up filthy. My friend staying with me had major medical needs and could not meet these due to the risk of infections with the dirty room. I had also booked this accomodation as it included breakfast, and found on check out that it was not, and was charged highly for breakfasts.

Great location but the hotel itself was below expectations. Rooms are very dated. If I knew from the beginning, I wouldn’t have booked there. Unfortunately the pictures were always deceiving.

Good location. Great breakfast. But noisy

Unfortunately my room on the 3rd Floor was right above the A/C motors and fans which created a constant humming noise for both nights of the stay. I did contact reception but they were unable to move me. But in general, a good location with a great breakfast.
