I booked a stay for 4 people through expedia , when i arrived with my guests the receptionist Eden explained that i had booked for the following year. Absolutely devastated and embarrassed Eden was so helpful and understanding and was able to rebook a room for us and assisted in turning my situation into a a pleasant experience. Thank-you Eden you were wonderful

I was kept up and woken up by rumbling sounds that I thought was construction somewhere only to realise the next morning room 107 is right above your automatic doors on the ground floor and the rumbling noise was the door opening and closing.

The location is perfect and the room was comfortable, however the service we received was poor. Housekeeping didn’t take all rubbish and beds were not made properly. Staff working at the front desk and the restaurant didn’t seem interested in helping with queries.
