My stay was deeply disappointing. The room’s cleanliness and maintenance fell far below Accor standards (including mould in the shower, dirty cups left behind, and empty body wash dispensers), security measures were inadequate, and housekeeping entering without knocking. I raised these concerns at checkout and again via email, yet I have not received any response from management.

We stayed for three nights and the room was lovely, the price was reasonable and overall provided a great springboard for the trip. The bathroom was lovely and clean. After reading other reviews I was concerned about my stay but I most definitely would stay here again. The staff were so kind and friendly, everything was clean and tidy and the hotel itself is well maintained for its age.

Room was ready early so we had time before our event so appreciated the service. Easy access to buses and shopping centre at Garden City. Clean room and comfy bed. Nice room for the 2 of us. Only improvement would be to have some covered car parking.

The room had a terrible smell which kept me up all night, i left the hotel room with the same smell all over my clothes. breakfast was another disappointment, there was nothing left to eat bar a bowl of cereal.
