Upon arrival I was not greeted I waited a while for the free receptionist that seemed to be ignoring me while I held my heavy backpack so I proceeded to self check out when I was half way through it she then spoke to me but didnt say hello just do you need help with that. Extremely loud and rattling air conditioner kept me awake. No vegan menu. No oat milk option for tea or coffee. Animal cruelty on the bed so I couldn't relax due to the duck feather down pillow. Very unhappy with my stay.
