Booked through booking.com The staff couldn’t find the booking and had to book again. And not allowed free of charge refund after cancel. Not pleasant respond. No notice with noisy and smelly renovation around the room. House keeper comes in twice before check out time and trade man came in once. Terrible service and organisation.

Refurbishment has improved the overall experience. We didn't get a chance to try, but it's great the Restaurant is open.

The Room was clean and Neat the Beds we very Comfortable , however and please we are not wanting to be Pedantic in any way , the toilet seat was very loose in our room 101and could have done with an adjustment. We booked as MR & Mrs and we found a room with 3 single beds , but that really didn't sway us in any way as we were only booked in for 1night. In the morning , we found this to be more on the funnier side, we noticed a cockroach on the shower floor , and again please , we are not being Difficult and only giving you what we experienced !
