Had a very good stay at Mercure Garden City. Room was well decorated, bed was comfortable. Staff were welcoming and helpful. I am very fussy about coffee and the coffee was superb! Excellent service from front of house staff. I needed a document printed as I didn't have access to a printer and Michaela was very helpful in giving me help with this. Room for improvement: gluten free items in the breakfast buffet. No gluten free bread, cereal or pastries. Would be good to have at least one gluten free item availability daily on top of fruit and bacon and eggs. Something like friand or muffin. Bathroom had some big cracks and stinky drains.
