Dear Paul w., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few points raised in your review. All of our guest rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which remains operational throughout the year, and power outlets are available beside the bed, located beneath the bedside table. We're sorry if these features were not easy to locate during your stay. We are disappointed to read your comments regarding our team. Providing friendly and helpful service is very important to us, and your experience does not reflect the standard we strive to deliver. Regarding breakfast, we sincerely apologise if items required replenishing when you visited. Our team works to ensure the buffet remains stocked until the end of service, and it is certainly not our practice to tell guests to "get up earlier" in order to enjoy a full breakfast. We will review the breakfast service with our team to ensure our standards are consistently maintained. We appreciate all feedback as it helps us identify opportunities to improve.
