Did a first-time 5-night stay in the hotel. While the hotel reception lobby has a nice environment and a friendly check-in and check-out system, the housekeeping and laundry services can be improved greatly. Every night, we returned to the hotel, and we could still find hairs and dried footprints on the white tiles from the morning we had left. There was once, the toilet bowl was not washed at all. There was also a time when the face towels were not provided at all after the housekeeping rounds. This is not a very expensive hotel. Hence, you pay for what you get. A slightly dirtier hotel room with a cheaper price for 5 nights.

My husband left one of his shirt and just called the hotel and said will look for it and call back but didn't hear from you so we called twice but still said same thing, "will look for it" and never updates and no lore follow up after that. It's so frustrating. I don't know when you guys will call us.
