The manager on the day of check-in The Indian looking guy was rude my father-in-law was admitted in Hospital in Canberra I even showed him the photos of my both laws my dad in law is in bed critical, it was my wife's birthday we were meant to celebrate our weekend at your hotel 4 three nights just two of us as we live nearby in Eight Mile Plains, my wife was meant to fly down from Canberra and join because her dad got ill and hospitalized that day she couldn't fly back to Brisbane I requested that manager if I can request booking.com to refund the remaining two nights I was checking in for the first night alone to stay which I did, he was blatantly rude and unhelpful and uncaring didn't even want to give me the booking.com number to connect me, i asked for his manager he refused to tell me manager name said manager cant meet me its the weekend, and I can't get refund for two nights, I think on humanitarian grounds you should consider my request I stayed for one night only and refund the money I was trying to explain to him that I have worked for Accor in senior positions that you can be flexible in cancelling two nights on cases like death in family, weather related, or illness but he was dismissive of the fact for my situation very uncaring i wonder who made him a manager he is very rude and disrespectful please demote him for his bad attitude. Can you refund me for my two nights stay i will be grateful to my credit card I was going to ring booking.com to request for cancellation so you guys could honor it i was explaining this to this manager he completely dismissed me saying no it cannot happen. I look forward for the senior management to look into this serious complaint and refund my two nights stay or offer me an accommodation voucher complimentary for two nights stay so I can celebrate by wife's birthday on another weekend, please please get back to me and call me to discuss I very upset with how callously I was treated by your manager.

I was booking a room for 3 adults, myself, my brother & his wife. The booking was completed easily however I wanted to pay prior to arriving. The hotel sent me a link which I followed and completed however the charge did not go through onto my credit card. They always ask for payment on arrival and my brother was arriving first. I did ask again for a payment link which did not arrive before I left to drive to Brisbane. The staff were very helpful and agreed to charge my brother who was arriving first, the security fee for the room and then I paid for the room when I arrived some time later. I truly appreciated their assistance

good reception services , great clean room 217 , everything great , inside bathroom sink was stuck with hairs from peoples staying there before so water going down very slow

Friendly staff, great location and heaps of parking, room service was excellent, wide variety and good breakfast buffet. Dinner menu could be improved but overall would still recommend. They also have a taxi button at reception which is so cool.
