Disappointed I booked the upgraded room type paid more and was given the standard room as I have stayed here previously and know what it is like I was there for work and could hear people on level 1 so loud at night time Only one elevator was working No microwaves in rooms Bathroom was so old and not cleaned properly

Front desk staff seemed a little lost at times

The most disappointing Accor stay ever - the toilet didn’t flush, it just ran all night so unfortunately we came back to a room that smelt of 💩. Air conditioning was unbearably loud and we were unable to sleep. After having to convince staff that the toilet wouldn’t flush we were moved to a different room. The second room had the same air conditioning problem. The fridge then froze everything that was put in it. Not at all helpful when we had an athlete that had to fuel before going to race at National championships and everything he needed was rock solid. Response from staff was we should just turn it off. I’ve always been a very loyal Accor member but this was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and I feel robbed of the hundreds of dollars it cost to stay here.

We have stayed here a few times. It's well situated, easy access to the city without the busyness. We had medical appts to attend and much nicer coming back to the peace and quiet here.
