My stay was deeply disappointing. The room’s cleanliness and maintenance fell far below Accor standards (including mould in the shower, dirty cups left behind, and empty body wash dispensers), security measures were inadequate, and housekeeping entering without knocking. I raised these concerns at checkout and again via email, yet I have not received any response from management.

My partner and I took flight from Sydney with 8 luggages to stop over and travel around Brisbane before leaving the country. After long trip in Sydney, we arrived the hotel late at night, but there was 24/7 room service with yummy food and bed was so comfy. We had enough good rest and were more than ready to explore Brisbane and Gold Coast. It was easy to go to the city center by bus or uber, but it was quite dark around the park and Westfield on the way to the hotel, so we made sure to stop at the closest bus stop. Finally, I want to Thank you every staffs working during my stay. Everyone has serviced-mind, smile , ready to help especially receptionists and cleaner. We'll stay at your place every time we visit Brisbane. Really appriciated!!!
