Great carpark, clean and comfortable with nice staff. The only disappointment is I was asked to pay for early check in as a Accor member and given the room was already ready, I felt this should have been waived.

The room, and repeat in general send to be in need of some maintenance, the door handle to the bathroom has a screw that was hanging out. Also it would be nice to have a couple of biscuits in the room, I stay in much cheaper rooms and they have biscuits.

My room was with an accessible bathroom. Everything was very clean and well presented. I was pleased there was more space in the room than I imagined, with a couch and table and ample room in between. This made it easier to navigate around the room. The staff are pleasant and welcoming.

Overall quite ok, just that there’s some spider webs on Room 125 outside the toilet. Good location walking distance to Westfield.

Took $1 from my card before I even get to the reception. Gave me the option of paying before or after I checked out and told them I will pay afterwards and yet insisted on paying before I checked in. The lift gave me a shock of my life. There was a sign that read “I used to go up and down and now I'm down” which was very confusing. There was no blockage at the entrance at the time we went in. The room was neat and clean but the beds were student beds which did not meet my expectations. I had to send my daughter with my wife to another hotel because the room could not contain us. We are used to getting 2 bottles of water on our arrival and there was not any. The tv did not work and the tv was chained. That was unusual but I realised that might be a history of theft. The liquid soap was empty and the drinking glass was not clean. We came for Australian Coles Little Athlethics and we were hoping to get king single and not single or students bed. There was no swimming pool for recovery. The dining area met my expectations after all the hassle because I was not expecting much from my stay. Variety of food and they were delicious. The receptionist held my luggage for the whole day which was very nice.

We apologise if this was not clearly explained at the time and understand how this may have caused frustration. We regret the confusion caused by the signage in the lift. This sign was intended as a light‑hearted maintenance notice, and we appreciate your feedback as it has shown us it could easily be misleading. We will review this to avoid any future misunderstandings. We are pleased that you found your room clean; however, we are sorry the bed configuration did not meet your expectations. Our rooms are fitted with standard single beds, and we acknowledge that this was not ideal for your family stay. We regret the inconvenience of having to arrange alternate accommodation for your daughter. Your comments regarding the lack of complimentary water, the non‑functional TV, the empty soap dispenser, and the unclean glass are sincerely noted. These matters are below our service standards and have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate follow‑up and improvement. The securing of the television is a preventative measure due to past incidents, though we agree it can appear unusual. We note your disappointment regarding the absence of a swimming pool, particularly given your visit for the Australian Coles Little Athletics. While this is not a facility we currently offer, we understand how valuable it would have been for recovery and apologise for the inconvenience. On a positive note, we are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the dining experience, both in terms of variety and quality, and that our receptionist was able to assist by safely holding your luggage for the day.
