Dear Susan, Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I’m genuinely sorry that your stay fell so far below the standards you expect — and deserve — as a loyal Accor member. The issues you experienced with the toilet, persistent odour, excessively loud air conditioning in two rooms, and a fridge that froze essential food are unacceptable and not reflective of the experience we aim to provide. You should never have had to convince our team about the toilet issue, and I apologise for the frustration and inconvenience this caused, especially with an athlete preparing for National Championships. I understand how deeply disappointing this must have been, particularly given the cost and importance of your stay. We are already addressing the maintenance concerns you raised, including the air‑conditioning units and fridge calibration, and we are reviewing the service interaction to ensure our team responds more effectively when guests raise concerns.
