I recently stayed at Mercure Brisbane Garden City and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well located, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the service provided by Shaneal. From the moment I arrived, Shaneal was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. Any questions or requests I had were handled promptly and with a level of care that went above and beyond expectations. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines efficiency with such a friendly and reassuring manner. Shaneal’s customer service made a noticeable difference to my stay and is a real credit to the Mercure brand. Because of this experience, I would not hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend Mercure Garden City Brisbane to others.

I stay often but please please bring back the microwaves. I can’t think of any other place I’ve stayed that doesn’t have a microwave. I had to complain this time about the very smelly bathroom drain. Eerrkk.
