As soon as you walk in the staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are well layed out, and the beds super comfortable. The breakfast is brilliant, and the location fantastic, right next to Westfields, and transport.

Generally good experience for the price. Only complain I have is the second bed which was a convertible sofa bed and was not very comfortable.

We stayed here for one night before embarking in an international flight. The hotel is in a convenient location being next to Upper Mt Gravatt shopping centre (Garden City). The room was clean and comfortable for two adults and a child. They hotel staff we also kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and nice building, good location at a reasonable price ruined by a constant computer type chiming group of sounds that was audible and repeated every 10 seconds. Made sleeping difficult

The room wasn’t ready. Food in cardboard boxes and cutlery for 2, when there was 3 of us. Wrong sauce on meal. No drinks/softdrinks available in Room service. No glasses in room. Toilet roll holder broken. Very poor effort for the price.
