Outlook of the room was not very good (overlooking rubbish area). Lack of organisation at breakfast on the Sunday was disappointing.

THIS IS MY FIRST HORRIBLE ACCOR HOTEL EXPERIENCE and NEVER COMPLAINED EVER BEFORE. I arrived at the hotel tired and paid for the hotel but staff said that it didn’t went through.The front desk girl Priya has initially took out 2 bottles of water then she took it back as she said the hotel doesn’t provide water for guest. As an Accor member for years having gained silver member, i asked to claim my free loyalty drink and she was cold and said the drinks are there. Pick and choose? I was mortified! The manager Shaneal stepped in and I have told her the situation that Priya does not have the empathy after a flight and a journey to their hotel, guest should be welcomed with warmth and offered drinks. Shaneal has not really dealt with the situation as a manager as all I got from her was THANK YOU FOR YOUR FEEDBACK and STAFF NEEDS MORE TRAINING WHERE SHE NEEDED MORE TRAINING HERSELF. After I went back to my room, I got a letter, x2 cartons of water and chocolates. I will never go back to this hotel ever. I choose this hotel as it was near the conference area for easy accessibility but gave me A VERY UNPLEASANT IMPRESSION.
