Kitchen is totally disorganised, no fried items on the menu on Friday all day dining menu for mid afternoon meal, ran out of bacon and sausages frequently on Saturday breakfast, no bacon available after 9am on Sunday because they had run out and next delivery only on Monday according to chef, no attempt to go to Coles or Woolies as a stopgap. Kitchen clearly understaffed. Front office staff trying to help by filling juice containers and fixing the coffee machine in the restaurant. Toaster was burning toast on Saturday morning, still doing the same on Sunday. Shower in room occupied by our sons had not been properly cleaned, still had residual hair from previous occupants

Every time I stay there is something wrong.I booked 2 rooms,the fridge in one still had an apple and food wrapper in it.There was no water in either room so I went to reception and asked for bottled water.I was given 3 plastic cups and told to fill them at the water dispenser,as they said they no longer had water in containers available,not even in the recyclable ,square cardboard type containers that all other Accor hotels have.I had to take 3 open containers from the foyer to the rooms.Other stays there have been dirty dishes in the sink,no welcome gift,no water in the room,or the invoice email hasn’t been sent.Just little things ,but they add up.I spoke to another guest while I was taking the cups of water up and she shared my view that there is always some little things wrong every stay.Attention to detail please.
