Kind, friendly staff, the room itself..yuk! The cold water tap kept falling off, bath all stained, I booked a room with 3 beds, 1 towel provided, horrible view of the kitchen cooking vent, the smell of the restaurant came straight into the room. Nice to have the option of underground parking but the hassle of trying to get in and out wasn’t worth it….better suited to medium small cars.
