indeed a very well located place and a comfortable place to stay. the staffs are very helpful and communicative. however since the rooms are not soundproof, we were able to hear what’s going on outside or on other rooms beside us. but other than that, very recommended experience and price wise!

The rooms are renovated and nice, but unfortunately my room was on the 5th floor overlooking the intersection, the sound proofing has not been done. so it was very noisy with the motorbike and car noise all night to around 2am then start again at 5.30am

The front desk staff asked for my email address during my stay and told me that the invoice would be sent to me by email. However, I have not received anything until now. I have also been following up by email since September 8, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. Is this the standard of service that Accor provides to its customers? I am very disappointed with the lack of response and follow-up.

Good location, but several factors affected the quality of my stay My stay coincided with the MTQ event held directly at Simpang Lima Square, which continued until after 11 PM. The event itself was obviously outside the hotel's control, and I understand that. However, the level of noise coming into the room was still a concern, and the sound insulation of the windows could be improved. I had specifically requested a quieter room, but was assigned a room directly facing the event venue. When I requested to move, I was told that no other rooms were available. So while the event was an external factor, the room allocation and the limited sound insulation were hotel-related issues that contributed to the disruption. The surrounding construction was also outside the hotel's direct control, but it made the overall stay less comfortable. There were also a few issues that were within the hotel's control. My room was on the 3rd floor, on the same floor as the breakfast area, with no separating door between the breakfast area and the guest-room corridor. As a result, breakfast-related noise could be heard from the room. One of the hotel's elevators was also out of service during my stay, despite the hotel being fully occupied. On the positive side, the hotel is relatively new, the interior is in good condition, and the front office service was satisfactory for a three-star property. Breakfast, however, could use improvement. The food variety and taste were average, and the service was not particularly attentive. Several requests required repeated follow-ups. Bottom line: The location is convenient if you want to stay around Simpang Lima and be close to the city center. However, if a quiet and restful stay is your priority, consider the circumstances carefully, especially during major events in the area. Some of the disruption was unavoidable, but several aspects of the guest experience could have been better managed by the hotel.

I’ve been travelling all these years, staying at many international establishments including Accor hotels, I always love to share lovely stay experience. But honestly, NOT this one. 1st half stay was wonderful. Friendly and attentive Front Desk at check in. Confirmed our 2 rooms were accommodated in an interconnecting rooms. Checked into the rooms and found the Simpang Lima plaza view. Busy and noisy activities at the plaza that afternoon. 2nd half stay was NIGHTMARE! My disappointment is the super loud noise from the plaza at 3AM in the morning! It kept banging that loud. And the hotels staffs could not do anything! I believe that this is a regular weekly event in town. So that the Front Desk should have made us aware and confirming if it was OK for us to have rooms with such noise disruption. But they did not tell us anything. The Front Desk at check out was even worst. At most hotels we ever stayed, the staffs normally check on the guest’s satisfaction upon check out. An opportunity for the hotel to hear feedback from customers. But this hotel did not do that. I guess their gesture showed that they already knew that guests from rooms facing the plaza would complain about the stressing noise, but they chose not to give opportunity for feedback.

I stayed 3 nights during my business trip. I would say the bed is comfortable, clean room and also comfy. However, I regret that I changes my room from the most far from lift to the near one, because the room near the lift is smaller. That's ok actually it's still standard room for the type of hotel I usually choose. But what is not ok is the noises come from street. In 2 am there are a bunch of people with motorcycle, and they made some noises with their motorcycle. I nearly go down to front office but then they decide to go. However, the breakfast is various and also all the food is very nice and delicious.

The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was OK too. The only thing that bothered us that we could hear quite clearly the noise from the room next to us. The baby cried at night and the children shouting and fighting at day time. But overall, it was a pleasant stay.
