I’ve been travelling all these years, staying at many international establishments including Accor hotels, I always love to share lovely stay experience. But honestly, NOT this one. 1st half stay was wonderful. Friendly and attentive Front Desk at check in. Confirmed our 2 rooms were accommodated in an interconnecting rooms. Checked into the rooms and found the Simpang Lima plaza view. Busy and noisy activities at the plaza that afternoon. 2nd half stay was NIGHTMARE! My disappointment is the super loud noise from the plaza at 3AM in the morning! It kept banging that loud. And the hotels staffs could not do anything! I believe that this is a regular weekly event in town. So that the Front Desk should have made us aware and confirming if it was OK for us to have rooms with such noise disruption. But they did not tell us anything. The Front Desk at check out was even worst. At most hotels we ever stayed, the staffs normally check on the guest’s satisfaction upon check out. An opportunity for the hotel to hear feedback from customers. But this hotel did not do that. I guess their gesture showed that they already knew that guests from rooms facing the plaza would complain about the stressing noise, but they chose not to give opportunity for feedback.

I stayed 3 nights during my business trip. I would say the bed is comfortable, clean room and also comfy. However, I regret that I changes my room from the most far from lift to the near one, because the room near the lift is smaller. That's ok actually it's still standard room for the type of hotel I usually choose. But what is not ok is the noises come from street. In 2 am there are a bunch of people with motorcycle, and they made some noises with their motorcycle. I nearly go down to front office but then they decide to go. However, the breakfast is various and also all the food is very nice and delicious.

The staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was OK too. The only thing that bothered us that we could hear quite clearly the noise from the room next to us. The baby cried at night and the children shouting and fighting at day time. But overall, it was a pleasant stay.

My room was in 3rd floor near the restaurant, a little bit noise from other room that had kids and likely more than 2 person in the room.

Hotel is well located & easy to find, around 20 mins from Tawang train station. 1 steps away from Simpang 5 park. Easy to find (street) foods / shops. Rooms are fairly clean, enough supply of amenities. Air conditioner is working great. Breakfast fairly good & tasty, options are enough. But the restaurant area space quite limited. Aside from that everything was good.

All is good however it needs several improvements in the hotel facilities and services such as: 1. Swimming pool 2. Kids playground 3. Standby staffs/security in the public entrance (main lobby and restaurants) to ensure all guests are welcomed and helped by the hotel staffs 4. Lift from basement to lobby for disabled guests 5. Dedicated spa room/area for guest's comfort and privacy

Short escape woth family good location near everything
