The room was dirty, and the sheets were dirty, and moulds on the towels. According to my booking, I can cancel anytime but will be charged for one night if I cancel it after 6 p.m. of the day. I must leave the city of Semarang one day earlier. Instead of a refund, I received a voucher for one night, which I will never be able to use since I will not visit Semarang anymore for at least 12 months. Find my review on Google with images.

Overall, it was a good stay. Feel very welcomed during stay and the staffs are very helpful. The location in the city center was a plus point and surrounded with culinary spots, shopping malls. The room is quite spacious with cozy interior design and clean.
