Best location, near shopping center, best hospitality, very helpful and great staff, breakfast was good, wifi connection was good and there’s a charging port for your electric car at the basement carpark which is great.

One day before arrival, I confirmed that I would be at the hotel at 2 pm. I arrived at 3 pm and it seemed the room was not available yet. Took time for the check in process. The keycard was written 708, but I was checked in at room 327. I felt unexpected, didn't experience Priority check in as a member of Le Club Accor Hotels. Despite the lack of convenience at the check in, overall my stay was good.

Stay for 2 nights, strategic location, near my clients. Good staff, little bit worries about the parking space (limited space), specially when back to the hotel late at night.

Novotel Semarang is located in the sentral of semarang, the room is a little bit old and need some repair, particularly in the bathroom. The restaurant and bar in the ground floor is the best part, with the friendly staff.

Every times my business trip , this Hotel Novotel Semarang was my second choice ( first choice is IBIS Semarang ). Location was great, near by have a mini market and some good restaurant also. This times i get shock , why because i'm a member of Accor but they surver me the welcome fruit is spoil ;( ( i have photo by i would share on here , sorry ). I suggest to maneger of this Novotel Semarang should take some times for QC checking, because this is my first times choice Novotel but first time already give me BAD image so i think my next Business trip ( every month 1 or 2 times ) i would stay at this hotel..... Pls forgot my comment

Several times stay in this hotel looks like some facility was improved and renovated, but unfortunately my room AC wasn't cold enough, can say warm not cold enough, due was late night already wasn't a time to call.

The time during the pandemic should be used to upgrade the condition of the rooms. Furthermore, the supervisors should be instructed to train the stall probably and not sitting in the smoking area waiting that the working time is over for them. The service team during breakfast is very friendly and trying the best they can to fulfill the customers expectation - this excludes the Manager for this team who was never seen during our last four stays which was close to 4 weeks.

We got surprise cake in our room, really didn't expect it at all. The hotel area vibes quite busy but still manageable. The health protocol and hygiene is well maintained. The location also perfect in the heart of Semarang. The food option during breakfast time getting better compared to months before, still in pandemic times. Rooms quite old but clean. I just have good recognition for this hotel and definitely will come back soon, hopefully in a better time.

Stayed in Novotel Semarang for transit, and chosed this hotel because I am accorplus member, however seems like the staff does not recognised accorplus member here. I didnt receive any member benefit throughout my stays here. Hotel is wellmaintained, and housekeeping quickly response to our needs. Breakfast is very standard and doesnt represent 4* hotel.

as gold accor member, i book several days before arrival, and when i got to hotel at 14.30, not all the room is ready. only 1 room is ready. i know hotel maybe in full condition, but you’re talking about loyalty membership, i believe it should be fast check in. around 15.30 room is ready all. the weird think on next day, at 11 am, a hotel call me if i want to extend? it is better if hotel ask if i want to late checkout or not, not extend.. you see, hotel already late to let me check in, and asking for extend? the hotel facility overal is good, the 50% discoumt for bread/cake is good. but the taste is not that great. the hotel room is good, not in best condition because i think it is already old building. overal, the only good thing about hotel is near mall and near traditional market. and the staff is realy nice, they always salute if they see guest.

This Hotel is nice for building,still modern and well maintained. But really need to upgrade with their room. Its look old and furniture is not being take care well If they upgrade the furniture in bed room, will look nice for all Also air con is not really cold
