It was the good stay in Novotel Semarang, as i have business trip quite often to Semarang. i was in room 701 corner room, the service is good, the room also good, the House keeping also good. but there's some inconsistency of the room feature. i was on room 705 before. at 705, there's rubber carpet on bath tub and it really help after shower.. if not i quite slippery inside the bathtub.. I almost fell inside, luckily I can hold the handheld. also the table is different between 701 and 705, we got the long table in 705 and usual standard table on 701. Overall everything still nice.. hopefully in the future, there will be a same feature and amenities inside the room with the same category.. Rubber mat in bath tub really help.. you should consider about it. Thanks August

Overall pretty good stay. Location was good. Breakfast food was decent. When I entered the room, I found that the flush button was broken. However, the hotel engineer quickly fixed it, so no issue after that.

Located in the center of the city so that it is easy to go around. However, the AC needs to be renewed. The furniture of the room also needs to be renewed. The towel is also needed to be renewed. In the breakfast area, it looks like lack of resources. The resources' courtesy should also need to be improved (more friendly, smiling). The AC in breakfast area is also not cool.

Overall is good, just need improvement on check-in handling so waiting not too long and the additional menu for breakfast, not too monotonous.

Love their friendly gesture that ask me what time do I arrived at the hotel, and make sure my room was ready when I checked in, the room so spacious, clean enough because it's not new building, and well located near 2 mall of Semarang and great distance to my fave restaurant in town. The staff very friendly too. It's a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Input for the wifi, because it's keep ask for username and password and keep disconnected.

Best location, near shopping center, best hospitality, very helpful and great staff, breakfast was good, wifi connection was good and there’s a charging port for your electric car at the basement carpark which is great.

The time during the pandemic should be used to upgrade the condition of the rooms. Furthermore, the supervisors should be instructed to train the stall probably and not sitting in the smoking area waiting that the working time is over for them. The service team during breakfast is very friendly and trying the best they can to fulfill the customers expectation - this excludes the Manager for this team who was never seen during our last four stays which was close to 4 weeks.

We got surprise cake in our room, really didn't expect it at all. The hotel area vibes quite busy but still manageable. The health protocol and hygiene is well maintained. The location also perfect in the heart of Semarang. The food option during breakfast time getting better compared to months before, still in pandemic times. Rooms quite old but clean. I just have good recognition for this hotel and definitely will come back soon, hopefully in a better time.

Stayed in Novotel Semarang for transit, and chosed this hotel because I am accorplus member, however seems like the staff does not recognised accorplus member here. I didnt receive any member benefit throughout my stays here. Hotel is wellmaintained, and housekeeping quickly response to our needs. Breakfast is very standard and doesnt represent 4* hotel.
