The price was the main factor for my stay, Novotel level of service, amenities, and professionalism for the price of a three star hotel within the area. It was my fiance's birthday and I gave notice beforehand and was extremely satisfied with the effort given, received a delicious cake along with custom writing and decorations across the bed and mirror. Breakfast was satisfactory. However, the hotel is quite aged and in need of a renovation throughout to remain competitive with nearby and upcoming hotels, I hope Novotel seriously considers a renovation especially as a frequent visitor to Semarang and a loyal AllAccor member as this is the only midscale option currently available in Semarang.
