Breakfast is soooooo bad and below standard, sorry to say it. Used to like it but now it's way below standard.. Lunch at the restaurant, again below standard, poor quality of meals. Do you change your Chef ????

This hotel is in a great location in city center, close to everything. But unfortunately the buildings need some renovations. Some furnitures, carpets, wash basin, etc in my room need to be renovated in my opinion. Food was okay.

Everything is good but need improvement on gym towel. Too hard, not soft enough and the smell is not fresh for me.

I have been traveling to Semarang for the past 20 years. So far only stay either only Novotel or Crown plaza (today PO hotel) . Except the hotel is too old with the bed a bit changing shape and the wooden floor some forming up. The rest is Perfect.

All the staff of reception is very friendly, really helpful and give the great service. Especially Tia Septiana as a Duty Manager very friendly and give me the best view in my room. The food at the restaurant is really good and the staff of the restaurant have a great service and helpful. Overall is perfect to stayed in Novotel Semarang feels like home .

1. The water hose of bidet, the water hose is bloated and causing spray when it's put on it;s place. 2. The light is too dim and the color is yellow. The sunlight didn't help much cause the mirror location is too far from it. 3. The mirror placing is not adjusted to the power outlet thus i have difficulties when flat iron my hair.

The welcome is acceptable, regarding there was 3 groups of tourist check in at the same time. However, breakfast do need attention. Especially for the freshness looking of the fruits and the cooked food.

My first stay at Novotel two years ago was satisfying. The room was well maintained, amenities were complete. Outside room was clean. This time it was a bit disappointed. The carpet at hallway smell bad, this was a major bad point. The amenities had no conditioner, it's on request as said so. Although so, the room and furniture was clean and breakfast was still delicious as my first time stay.
