Ideally located, rooms are large and comfortable. Pillows lack firmness, while bed is not up to Novotel standard. On cleanliness, some of the towels were stained, that should not be acceptable. Personnel always nice and ready to help. On breakfast, unfortunately, all hot meals were cold during the first morning but I like the large choice with local cuisine.

From being welcomed, till I left , the staff were all helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed and room, nice hot shower and bath. Welcome fruit and treats were a nice touch setting Novotel above many other hotels.
