The air con in my room (228) was not cold enough. The toilet stinks. Bedroom interior really needs a refurbishment. On the positive side: room service was quick, the price was reasonable and quite tasty. B

Contacted by the hotel’s staff 2 days prior to my arrival and really greatful as we got a free upgrade. While waiting for our room te be ready, we were ushered to the restaurant and enjoy tea, cappuccino and caffe latte: Always chose this hotel for its location and the services. One setback is when I want to use 5000 point rewards the confirmation email never reach me so I only use 2000 reward points, i.e 1000 points for each room. Need to improve your system. So thank you and sure we’ll come back again

The hotel was old building and needs some refurbishment, however they keep maintaining the cleanliness in the room and the service was great. As a Accor Plus' member we got the upgrade and the welcome drink. I booked 2 rooms but only get welcome drink for 1 room. Maybe need a little upgrade there. The food in the breakfast was ok, not much options for gluten free bread.
