I am stay 4 night with family, overall is good..,even when i am breakfeast in 1 st day..we can not get desk,maybe cause is high ocupation so the capacity restaurant not cover it..but on 2nd day..staff already prevent it with additional desk and chair outside restaurant...with 4 star i think novotel must think how to get big swimingpools.
