Location is easy to find, unfortunately the internet was not working and they said they were trying to fix it, but then told us to switch to another username at 10pm (we checked in at 4pm), why did not they tell us sooner to switch to another username. Breakfast was overall okay, bathroom was clean, but the bathtub was clogged and we had to remove the drain cover.

On Thursday morning me and my daughter went to the swimming pool and used the fitness. We were very satisfied by the service from Mas Risty. He took care of us. The facilities were also in good condition. Definitely will come back to novotel semarang.

It was our second stay in Novotel Semarang. We had a pleasent stay at Novotel Semarang. The staffs are helpfull. We got a room upgrade with gold All member. The food was good, ice americano was my favorite. The location is perfect, in the heart of Semarang city. We can go to malls on foot, many restaurant and street food stalls around it.
