Room was old need to do renovation, and most important is you have to invite pest controller because many small black ants inside room, some also found in bed sheet. During check in time I book 3 rooms, reception only giving me 2 voucher welcome drink for 4 persons. I try to tell her i book 3 rooms for 6 persons and you only giving me welcome drink voucher for 4 persons, she said that is the maximum i can get because voucher only give to member and usually only give 1 voucher for 2 persons, special for my case she gave me 2 voucher for 4 persons. What i want to tell you is in every 4 stars hotels when i'm checking in (member or non member) they always giving 1 room 1 voucher for two persons and multiples apply.

In which for welcome drink, the member can get maximum 2 vouchers (if the guest book for more than 1 room) and 1 voucher valid for 2 persons. The hotel is quite old, need renovation, the price is too high for its class. Premier Lounge not available anymore, what you got for executive room benefit only 1 soda, 1 juice and 2 mineral water. Have small incident during stay, room cleaning took away 1 wine bottle (inside fridge) and 1 sake botle (on paper bag, on top of table) before the quest checked out.

Rooms were not up to standard, looking very old and need a renovation asap. Bathrooms had poor lighting, rust stain in the bath and water pressure was terrible. Also the seal around bath needs to be replaced as it was so stained with mould. Overall very disappointed with room standard. Bar downstairs did not have the drinks showing on the menu. I would expect if an item is on a menu it is available. The Sports bar was very good though with good service. Overall personal service from the team was very good though. Breakfast wasn't too bad. Service good, food options were ok.

The hotel is good but quite old .. the executive room didnot same with executive room at other city. The restaurant was not support for non smoking room, not comfort for non smoking people. They were very welcomed the smoking quess than non smoking quess.

nice location but they were having maintenance with the water supply and I wasn’t informed until the water was off, when the water came back on 4hrs later it was so brown i could shower as had early flight.

We checked in 4pm and we still need to wait 15 mins because the room is not ready. The room is also dusty and the bathroom is poorly maintain.
