My weekend well spent! I was on my birthday trip and IT WAS VERY PLESANT. Thanks to FO team and Pak Pupung for your hospitality. Thanks for upgrading my room and having me. Upon my arrival all staff very kind and helpfull! I was lil bit early and didnt expect my room is ready. Thanks to Mba Wina, Mas Alfian, Pak Sunu (a lil forget, sorry). Next day while enjoying my breakie in resto all staff gave me surprise! Thanks to Mba Rista and Pak Tohir! Such as touching moment. Upon my departure, they gave me late check out while waiting my flight. Overall very great stay and gonna see u soon!

This place is super comfy, especially the room—it’s spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The room is fully equipped with complete facilities, so everything you need is literally there. The cleanliness really makes the stay feel more comfortable and relaxing. On top of that, the staff are very friendly and polite, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Has been staying here for 20 years. Event there are many changes of people but it always make me feel like a home. The lobby and breakfast restaurant waiters and waitress such as Risti, Eli, Indah and other treated every single guest like a family member.

The hotel is well located, room spacious, but out dated old property. it requires a lots of upgrading work to maintain novotel standard - it nearly out of the standard, especially inside the room - But i can see its a good hotel during its time. The gym is quite good, maybe because its open for public too. swimming pool very small and not so clean. I found a spot of dirt on towel too - which suppose to be clean. The hotel doesn't have vanity kids of facial cotton even i ask. which is disappointing. I have Been visiting many hotels, even ibis standard usually provide facial cotton. I will be back if the hotel has been upgraded, otherwise its not worth the price.
