Nice place also good swimming pool.... clean I lake it also my grandchildren so happy because swimming pool so quite, not many people, looks like private swimmingpool. Place for gym clean, room clean and breakfast have a good food, so my family can be enjoy for this holliday

My family and I stayed at the Novotel during our August vacation and the service was great. Especially for the spa at novotel. The room smells good, the therapist is very friendly, the massage service is very good. I am very satisfied and really enjoyed the service at the novotel spa.

We held an annual national event from the Perpusnas, we chose this hotel because it was indeed the center in the capital of Central Java province. The hotel looks like an old building. But it's perfect for holding a big event here. Because this hotel has several meeting rooms. The service is very good, all friendly staff always greet and smile. I thank Mbak Septi as a sales marketing for handling us. Our Pax is quite large 43 pax and we booked a fullboard meeting for five days. June 3-7, 2024, very suitable for meeting events. We are in the merbabu room. The breakfast is quite complete, the lunch and dinner are okay. But I don't have comb amenities in my room. I have to ask him to the receptionist. So far okay. I trust with Accor group. Excellent service and treatment. good job👍
