Check in was ok, food in resto for breakfasting was quite good even for sudden boking but its less variety of foods, room was clean even bath tube was old, parking car was ok, late check out was granted.

so far I never notice 1/2 pax per room but as I knew, both this accor chain or marriot Bonvoy, breakfast for 2 for 1 room especially in this pandemic , it will be more appreciate if this issue is not a matter I dont think will come and stay at this hotel again overall this is the worst novotel so far bathtub also so old and yellowish , dirty and dust curtain price we paid not as balance as we got

I arrived at the hotel around 3 p.m after a long drive from Jakarta. I expected the booked room to be ready when I arrive that I can have a rest immediately. However, upon check-in I was informed that the room still need checking (no details were given). I waited, and even went out to grab some supper. I got back to the hotel around 4, the room still not ready. The FO the gave me a 'transit' room while waiting for my room. The room finally ready at around 4.30. Almost 2 hours of my time wasted. Really its an unpleasant experience. The FO did not offer anything except apologizing repeatedly

I'm stay at 806 room number. Its very noisy. I Heard the sound of water from rooftop at 2AM.

i'm member of accor plus since 6 year ago, the services and facilities is good, but last time i stay in novotel, i got bad experience with AC, the Air conditioning not running well, it does'nt work well, not cold as usual.....sometimes hot...please prepare the AC, I already told about Ac to your staff so many time..... but everything i got from the hotel is good, Only The AC,.....

But we are disappointed for the breakfast, for all food were served cold and the taste of the food should be improved as most of tastes bland

The time during the pandemic should be used to upgrade the condition of the rooms. Furthermore, the supervisors should be instructed to train the stall probably and not sitting in the smoking area waiting that the working time is over for them. The service team during breakfast is very friendly and trying the best they can to fulfill the customers expectation - this excludes the Manager for this team who was never seen during our last four stays which was close to 4 weeks.

Although the hotel and interior is already a bit aged, my stay overall was good specifically during this Corona period

We got surprise cake in our room, really didn't expect it at all. The hotel area vibes quite busy but still manageable. The health protocol and hygiene is well maintained. The location also perfect in the heart of Semarang. The food option during breakfast time getting better compared to months before, still in pandemic times. Rooms quite old but clean. I just have good recognition for this hotel and definitely will come back soon, hopefully in a better time.

Stayed in Novotel Semarang for transit, and chosed this hotel because I am accorplus member, however seems like the staff does not recognised accorplus member here. I didnt receive any member benefit throughout my stays here. Hotel is wellmaintained, and housekeeping quickly response to our needs. Breakfast is very standard and doesnt represent 4* hotel.
