It was not a good experience. Definitely it was not as good as Novotel reputation. The rooms were not clean and seems not be prepared properly. The staff are friendly but lack of integrity.

Check in check out process is easy and smooth. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Food are also tasty. Just feel a bit uncomfortable with the pillows, maybe need to upgrade it to the new one. But overall it's a nice stay.

Cleanliness and hospitality are great. However, the odor of old and damp carpet along the corridor on the way to the room is a bit unpleasant.

Well, overall I satisfy with this hotel. But i feel upset with your recepsionist. I've booked superior room but she said that the room not ready yet & i have to wait. But at the same time, your male recepsionist give another guest beside me an upgrade from standart room become superior room & give them room key first. Hello? What happen there?? I'm very upset because of that

good location, but old interior. dark on the room floor hall area. a bit dark in the bathroom. the old interior and furniture make me feels the furniture were dirty, especially the cabinet.

Clean but Not Well Maintained

The Room and the lobby was clean, however the maintenance was not good. The Air conditioner in my room was noisy, then the technician do the maintenance by cleaning and put some grease inside. Why must the maintenance performed during occupation ? Why don't they do the maintenance when the room was not occupied ?

The room and the hotel was good. Good location (in front of a mall). Adhered the Covid19 rules. Only negative comment is that room air conditioning system was bad even after complained.

I feel satisfied with the room (quite large), bathroom, and the hospitality. For breakfast menu's, it was good, even though I expect to have better menu's and more choices, unfortunately, It was not as many as my expectations. The room feels lacking in lighting since I think the positioning of the lamp was not optimal. Overall, It was good experience.
