The hotel staff were very professional and helpful, including the security team who assisted us with vehicle parking. This made our arrival and stay much more comfortable. An electric vehicle charger is also available in the basement. For those who require DC fast charging, a PLN charging station is located not far from the hotel, which is very convenient. One thing that cannot be avoided is that the hotel interior clearly needs refurbishment. Many of the bathroom countertops are uneven, causing water to drip easily and wet the floor, which could be a safety risk for guests. The swimming pool also looks rather aged and could benefit from a refresh. In the room, the furniture and sofa also seem to need replacement, as they no longer feel fresh or well-maintained. Despite these issues, the friendliness of the staff, as well as the cleanliness of the bathroom and towels, still make us comfortable staying at this hotel.

The room was great, clean, but the tone wasn’t my favorite, like old hotel with bathtub and just have one big towel. I hope to get 3 pairs of towel in bathroom lol. As member accor you will get welcome snack in room when you arrive. I got one tiny “kue ku”.. My room as I ask before arrival was great, smoke free and the bed was also smell good too. Appreciate it. Check in and out was smooth. No problem when I was there.
