Nice hotel with spacious room. I requested a high floor room one day before but they said it was full, so I am a bit disappointed. Food is okay but need more variety.

Lack of parking space, Lack of amenities (no soap, only 1 toothbrush), room a bit old, furniture are aging. As a family who always stay in Novotel Hotel Group, we think Novotel Semarang is a bit below Novotel Standard.
