It was ok, but there's some issues that need improvement. The elevator was too slow and there's hotel guest smoking in the non-smoking floor/room

Furniture shows some aging, including NO spotless white goods (towels, bedsheets, and blankets), helpful staff, cooling my room, and sending my luggage in early, even when I had not yet physically checked in, decent breakfast, and there are chairs near the lift to wait for it, useful for elderly people.

Some details need to be improved, especially the smoothness of the sink drain pipe which is not smooth.

The air con in my room (228) was not cold enough. The toilet stinks. Bedroom interior really needs a refurbishment. On the positive side: room service was quick, the price was reasonable and quite tasty. B
