It has good service at receptionist. And also very good and service in valet. Delicious food and there are lot of option for breakfast. Nice, cozy, and clean room and bathroom. Nice service for extra bed.

when i booked through traveloka, i requested 1 large bed and no smoking room but the receptionist gave me twin beds and smoking room. The water at bathroom also can not go to the hole, so there was water at floor. At bedroom floor also having water because of raining.

Great service and I liked the spacious room. But I would prefer brighter lighting in my room and the corridor. Hygiene should be improved as well since I found ants in the corner of my room as soon as I arrived, even when there's no leftover food. The sheet, carpet and some furniture need to be replaced with new ones too because they looked old and dirty.

When i'm check in, The bedroom notvreally clean and smelling, bed cover and pillow dirty, bath room smelling bad, Wifi mosthly trouble, car parking only valley, equipment below standard. This hotel only good ocation.
