The location is very suitable, very close to the mall, also close to the project location (I'm at Semarang for Project Site Visit). The staff is very helpful, the breakfast have many variations (can not stay long in the restaurant because I have to go to the site). The bedroom is nice, apart from small stain in the sheet I have a peaceful sleep.

empty hand soap at ground floor toilet for days; poor service at the restaurant while we had breakfast, it takes longer to replace empty dish on the table. There's no way for a restaurant in famous hotel like Ibis let the food on the service table empty and that was only 8am. Still so many guests coming for breakfast

The food is less tasteful, the milk so liquid. Less elevator, and we have to ask for a floor mat. but overall, well located, in front of mall.

I used to stay at this hotel about 10years ago. So i decided to stay at this hotel because i was impressed. But now, i’m very dissapointed. Room really need renovation. The bed and the pillow is dirty. My daughter is ithcy in all of her body because she is allergyc with bugs and dust. The bathroom is not clean enough.

We stayed at 1001/1003 for 3 nights. The rooms were clean, breakfast was good. But we have to wait so long to get the car from valley parking. If there was an event, the lift is not enough for up and down.

The stay is unsatisfying. The front office staff isn't friendly and accommodate the guest properly. Although we cannot get the early check in as we did arrived 1 hour earlier still the FO staff just ignoring our existence. The room ac also not working properly, although I made several complaint but the repair not going well. I stay in a uncomfortable room for several hours. Luckily the night staff support me to move to better room almost at midnight.

Floor was cracked. Bathroom wall and floor so dirty. Stain on towel. Dirty shower head with rust. This hotel seems have stopped all maintenance cost and only collect payment. Walls are super thin. Can hear neighbour's chat. When check out had to wait 10 minutes because no one was at front desk. Another 10 minutes when the front desk changed his role become valet boy

Small parking space, aged building, aged room, water leakage in bathroom.. A very great employees but accor fail miserably in managing the property. The brightness of the lamp is very different with another Ibis. The level of spaciness is very lack behind especially in the lobby area. You even fail to manage the bathroom maintenance. The only good thing about your property is your employee and space in the room. Everything else, I can't consider as Ibis.

My first experience to stay at Ibis Simpang Lima. The room was clean, with nice view to see the traffic of Simpang Lima . Unfortunately one of the elevator was broken, so we need time to go down for breakfast.

Perfect for short stay, near Simpang Lima so the location is perfect. The welcome drink as an ALL member also fine. Check-in and check-out procedure is fast and simple. But room need more cleanings. We found few dusts under the table and bed area.

best staff assistance, they provide me with connecting room as i booked 2 rooms. roomy bedroom, a bit old but clean. very good location, but have limited parking space. overall was a value for money place to stay when visiting Semarang.
