The location of the hotel is amazing, close to everywhere with an easy access. But for the cleanliness not really nice, when i arrived in the room 3010 there is a strange smell like a toilet strong smells and i called the reception to send someone to spray the room and one guy came to sprayed it and the linen was dirty, since i arrived late i just slept and the next day they make up the room so it was ok. For the service is good, the only concern is the cleanliness. Thank you and have a good day!

The room was nice, from my room i can see semarang city. But when i entered my room, the liquid soap was run out. And its replenished next day. Breakfast not good. Dont like it. Its not delicious. But the staffs was very nice and helpful.

the room is not so good, the bed linen is worn out, the water closet is also not functioning, cannot flushing after I was use, the water is pooled in the wastafel sink, the towels in the bathroom are also dirty and the threads are dangling. I was reserved for 4 night, the first day, when I was going to eat breakfast at 7, the food was almost gone. I understand that there are many other hotel guests, but the clerk is not hurry up to add to the finished food, until I decide not to have breakfast, because long I am waiting for food to be added again

location is good near from simpan lima, centre of the city. clean room with enough facilities. towel was very soft and comfortable. one thing was the card key did not work at first time.

We arrived after 9am and were surprised that we were allowed to check in immediately. The counter staff were all very cheerful, friendly & helpful and went out of their way to help us. No complaints about the bed & the cleanliness of the room or the bathroom.

The rooms is Dirty, I mean the wall is dirty, and it feels not comfortable. There's no Bolster, you should changes your room picture on Booking web, to capture the photos, without bolsters on the bed.

The room is nice and clean. The hotel located at Simpang Lima (city center). Its a strategic place near shopping areas, restaurants, and recreation places. Please give full information about phone number of receptionist and other line. On the phone was written 1 for receptionist line, but actually it was 01. We used our mobile phone to call receptionist when the electricity was off. Overall its a good place.

I was travelling alone when I stayed in Ibis Simpang Lima. The room and the amenities were just enough for a lone traveller like me. The hotel location couldnt be more strategic as it is right in the heart of the city. If there is downside, I notice that the hotel is starting to aged. Please dont be late to tackle this issue before everything worn out!

nice experience especially since we've been upgraded to either platinum or gold, i'm not really sure. full service and also great location, i can do my morning run either in GOR or in the field near, make up for the lack of gym in the hotel.
