Old, need to have major renovations

The rooms were big. Wifi was slow, most probably capped at 2mbps. ceiling was leaking. shower water pressure was poor, blockage on the shower head. in-room chair was wobbly without cushion. lift were good. service was excellent besides everything, i thought service was going to be poor but nope.

they need to increase the cleaning services, because the room looks dirty and the air con is full with dust and the sheets color turns to grey, not white anymore.

In day 2, so many guests in Hotel however make a slow lift and crowded lobby with unhandled situation from the crew. Also I was got broken water kettle in my room.

I choose Ibis because it is near to Simpang Lima. No problem with parking area because valet staff are quick-person, not so long to wait them to bring my car. I reserve 2 rooms,....1 room is okay, but another room (1005) is not okay especially the bathroom is smaller than the other room (it is next to electricity panel/emergency stair). Last but not least, the bath room is not friendly to Moslem to do wudlu

Floor was cracked. Bathroom wall and floor so dirty. Stain on towel. Dirty shower head with rust. This hotel seems have stopped all maintenance cost and only collect payment. Walls are super thin. Can hear neighbour's chat. When check out had to wait 10 minutes because no one was at front desk. Another 10 minutes when the front desk changed his role become valet boy

Perfect for short stay, near Simpang Lima so the location is perfect. The welcome drink as an ALL member also fine. Check-in and check-out procedure is fast and simple. But room need more cleanings. We found few dusts under the table and bed area.

Good location. Quiet and easy to go everywhere. closed to some eating places and a medium shopping mall. But the bed sheet and blanket was not really clean. Breakfast was too ordinary. That was not equivalent with the price I paid
