First tIme in Paris

From the time we checked into your wonderful hotel, we were greeted although we didn't speak French. Everyone on you staff accommodated our lack of speaking French. The Manager who greeted us to your Hotel walked us around the property and then to our room which was was especially nice. Only note for the hotel room would be the Bathroom Shower, water leaked while showering). Each time we left the property the staff was more accommodating to ask if we needed any help or directions. The last manager who checked us out, brought up the bell cart for our luggage and before we could get down to the front desk he had already had our final bill ready to present to us. We were definitely come back to experience more of the same genuine hospitality. Sincerely, Ron and Stacey

Nice hotel

Located in nice area. Beautiful hotel. Great staff. There is a lack of security/ hotel staff presence in the late evenings when we returned from being out. Anyone could walk in at any time without anyone noticing. We experienced this every night
