Everything was good, the only thing negative was the fire alarm went off at 7am the day of check out.

Love location, love room (24). Although I knew the hotel had no accessibility rooms, like walk in shower and accessible toilet, I stayed anyway, but it was extremely difficult. May I suggest you add some handles in the separate toilet or/and a toilet surmount 34-40 € at Amazon in one of your rooms, and walk in shower, you would have a lot more elderly people come back. Loved Stephan who was very helpful. Was dismayed that I had to pay a much a much higher rate when I added a day a week before my stay. Did not make sense to me at all. Please explain.

Love this hotels ultra-central location, nearly on Place Vendome. Only comment I have is that room 12 was directly on the road and slightly noisy compared to the rooms I had in my other stays here.
