The hotel is nice but we were given a room with windows that don’t open contrary to the room description. It was quite hot that day so the room was hot and stuffy. The air conditioning didn’t work, the VMC didn’t work either so we felt like we were suffocating. There was a little fan with no front grill on it (very dangerous) and that’s all we had to move the hot air around a little. After our showers the room was terribly muggy. When we went down to the reception to explain the situation and ask to change room, they told us that the hotel was full and that the AC wasn’t working yet. They said there wasn’t anything they could do. No trying to find a solution, no commercial gesture, nothing. Result: we spent the night with our bedroom door propped open and took turns sleeping because the only place we got some air was the hallway since it had a window that could be opened. And all that for over 200€. We would have been better off at IBIS budget!!
