Hotel is located near railway station. The rooms look little bit worn, and the floor creaks. On the other hands the breakfast was good.

I booked the hotel due to it was stated there is air conditioning. However, upon check-in, I was told that the air conditioning is not available due to the weather. This should have been stated clearly in the website, I wrote to the hotel for a refund as this is a misleading information for the guest. Unfortunately there was no reply at all. I urged you take this seriously and hope to receive a feedback from you. Thank you.

Unfortunately the heating was not working meaning that the rooms were cold at night. The breakfast was OK however parts of it were under cooked so only ate the once and went for breakfast elsewhere

When the cold season begins, the heating is turned on based on the average outdoor temperature. The heating is not regulated by the hotel but by an external service, and it is turned on throughout the city on the same days and times. Building is quite old and carpet has fungai smell! Poor wifi connections. No kettle to make small coffee or tea!

Overall, the hotel was good and our stay was pleasant. However, when we arrived around 3:00 p.m., there was no water available until approximately 6:00 p.m. because of maintenance. Honestly, it was very unpleasant to arrive at the hotel after a long journey and not be able to take a shower or freshen up.

To be honest, we were a little disappointed with the hotel, we had problem with internet, the TV didn’t work, at our request to resolve the situation, it was explained:there is not technical staff at the moment, the problem was not resolved.And in the finale we didn’t receive any apology after leaving.

Definitely been to nicer hotels, but it fulfilled it’s purpose. Comfortable beds, quiet and calm, not too crowded at breakfast and nice staff. One downside is that there wasn’t a lot of vegetarian or vegan options at the breakfast buffet. Overall a nice and budget friendly hotel.
