Location is the obvious plus. Close to functionally useful places e.g., mall with hypermarket, international QSR outlets McDonald, Subway and Central Bus & Rail Station (which we used to travel). Short walk of 10 to 15 minutes to Old Town for the tourist sights. Many offices and other hotels nearby. Staff was helpful. Since I asked for an Electric Kettle prior to traveling, front office staff had taken care and I was provided with a kettle for usage while check in. Breakfast was adequate as per Ibis levels. Room is smallish and with limited amenities as it is in most Ibis properties. The property has taken energy saving measures, which is highly necessary.

Nice, clean, modern room. Comfy bed. Quiet room, surrounding, although the hotel is located in the center. Good water pressure and temperature in the shower. I would like to have a bath in the room.

In room was so cold. You are not heating building whilst around 8 Celsius degrees in the night which is ridiculous. Room was very dirty, with dust every where and much mould in the shower. Drainpipe there is stucked, so when I took shower, my feet were taking a bath.. All room needs a renovation cause is literally used and run out.. Check attachments. I did a call to reception desk and tell them what is going on. So they just sent to me small heater - which is not appropriate cause is making the air very dry in the room. No further actions with the room condition. I am sleeping around 20-30 times per year just in Accor chain hotele, and this is first time I faced with kind of situation. I paid for something I did not received - normal hotel conditions.
