Very convenient location, near old town and a big mall. Room has a lot of space and it's pretty nice, comfortable and clean. Love it. Staff is also helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

I was placed in room 207 on the 2nd floor which had a (fortunately locked) door connecting it to room 210. It felt really strange, but the worst part was that there was no insulation, so I could hear every word the guests in the other room were saying, not to mention the music. To make things even worse, it was a big group of loud youngsters (an excursion?) staying on the 2nd floor at the same time, so these were my neighbours. I didn't have any peace or silence and it felt like staying in a telt rather than staying in a hotel room. When I went to the reception to ask for a room change, the young guy reluctantly told me that everything was full and he couldn't help me. I just booked another accommodation and left the hotel. Not being willing to help me and resolve the matter is a big thumb down for the hotel.

Positive approach towards customer, very good atmosphere. Due to a flight delay I was coming late, and I was allowed late check out accordingly for no extra fee! Breakfast was amazing. Very professional Team working in the Hotel, deserves the best reward!
