Very nice location and clean but I couldn't sleep more than 2 hours in these uncomfortable bed and pillows

We had a clean room, however, very poor breakfast. We stayed for 2 nights and paid for breakfast included, but skipped the second morning, because the quality of food was really bad. Eggs were overboiled and impossible to cut, mustard too liquid, herring almost dissolved. Also we had a room with broken radiator which spread loud noise. Why the questionnaire in russian? We are NOT russians.

Location is great, easy to reach with public transportation. One staff member, a girl, was friendly, even greeted us when she saw us outside of the hotel. Overall staff was very quiet, breakfast was a bit disappointing. Enough choice if items would actually be refilled and be fresh, 3 out of 4 mornings the boiled eggs were blue, items that were finished at 10am were not refilled although breakfast was till 11am.

Overall l have always been satisfied staying in your hotel, but this time the room was really cold. And it affected my health. Please make sure that the radiators are working normally and temperature is normal.
