Bonjour Mr P., Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre que certains aspects de votre séjour n’ont pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Concernant les matelas au bord de la piscine, nous tenons à vous assurer que chaque soir, ceux-ci sont systématiquement protégés par des bâches afin de les préserver. Toutefois, notre situation en bord de mer implique naturellement un taux d’humidité plus élevé, sur lequel nous n’avons malheureusement pas de contrôle, tout comme sur les conditions météorologiques. Nous vous présentons également nos excuses pour les nuisances sonores occasionnées tôt le matin. Cela ne reflète pas l’expérience paisible que nous souhaitons offrir à nos clients, et votre remarque a été partagée avec les équipes concernées afin d’éviter que cela ne se reproduise. Nous espérons avoir l’occasion de vous accueillir de nouveau et de vous offrir une expérience plus agréable et conforme à vos attentes.
