Not worthy of your time or money

This was not a good experience, sadly.. the hotel is beautiful, but the staff is not polite and respectful. We were supposed to go here for lunch, but they did not meet ours expectations therefore we chose to leave. My recommendations is to not even bother going here.. you will have a much more enjoyable time if you visit another restaurant, for sure.

We spent 4 nights at this delightful well-appointed hotel on the beach. Our room was very comfortable and kept very clean. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. I especially remember Waime and Salma. We enjoyed all three restaurants, particularly La Plage. There was lots of comfortable seating and sun beds beside the pools. I would happily return.

We have just had the most amazing 5 day break here, firstly the staff were just amazing, so helpfull and just nice. Greeted round every corner, nothing too much. The pools are just amazing. The only hotel with immediate beach access. Amazing time of year to escape the winter blues. Abdul at the pool bar was just great. The food at the beach bar and restaurants is so good. We will be back xx Some reviews say service slow but I would say it's just the relaxed pace and environment they've created. Just sit back relax x

Amazing hotel in an amazing location for a relaxing luxury holiday. Close to the beach and in a very relaxed setting. The main pool is a bit too cold and prices are a little high but the hotel itself is excellent
