The hotel is very nice with superb swimming pools and nice private beach. Rooms are impeccable, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast buffet good with good choice and helpful staff. The beach restaurant is very nice but service and menu choice are not at the top. The fine-dining restaurant was not at all at the expected level. Service will probably improve as the attitude is good but noticeable lack of training and experience.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The staff were all welcoming and accommodating, special thanks to reception staff Meryen, Asmae, Ghizlaine and Houcine, pool staff Yassine and all the catering staff at both breakfast, restaurants, Amane bar, pool bar, cleaning staff, all were wonderful. The location of the hotel itself right on the beachfront made the stay special as it was my birthday holiday. All the restaurant staff were very kind in organising and giving me a birthday cake, song and good wishes as well as the reception staff. It was indeed one of my best trips ever.

All is great but inside the room the shower was over flowing, drain not working well, room door lock was missing - so cannot lock from inside, do not disturb light was no working

it was again a very nice and successful stay. We were received very nicely by the entire team at the Sofitel and we were delighted. The room was very nice with a great view of the beach. The hotel need some refubnishement as soon as possible , the beding is in bad quality, there is many things to change but the staff is nice and welcoming and the products that they do put in the toilet and shower aren't suitable for the sofitel standard at all and no welcoming drink was offered , the upgrate to the suite was much appreciated as a platinium ALL client and the view is just amazing

We've asked for transfer from airport to the hotel and I sent an e-mail requesting, I never got a response and after arriving in Agadir. We had to call 3 times while was looking for our reserve and trying to figure out how to pick us up. After 20 minutes, they said you could wait about 15 minutes because the van was on the way. After all they charged me 400 MAD... Really? More expensive than a taxi and after 3 paid international calls.

We had a great experience staying in the hotel. The staff members were very welcoming and didn't hesitate to offer us help whenever needed, specially Mr. Mounir who answered our queries throughout our stay. The establishment itself is splendid, having a great location, direct beach access and great facilities (Great bars and restaurants, pools, SPA, gym, etc.). The rooms are very spacious and clean and have a unique design that reflects the identity of the city! Overall, amazing experience, would love to visit again soon!

This hotel downgrades the SOFiTEL name to a 2 stars hotel. Personnel absent, no valuable restaurant (only self service), halls and corridors dirty, furniture worn out, decoration of a past area, no newspapers, no shops, no service.

By far the worst hotel stay of my life and I travel for a living. The service was was really poor, bad communication from staff, careless behaviour and unwillingness to help. The bed had a massive dip in it which meant I couldn't sleep well and woke up with a bad back. The breakfast was very minimal and poor and also full of flies. I was promised a welcome gift for being a Diamond member but received nothing. The leadership team at this hotel simply do not care. To top things off, I was double charged with my points and money and was told I could not get a refund for at least 2-3 months. If you want to be truly shocked at how a 5-star hotel could be so bad, this is your place.

As a property is one of the best honestly . We had a bad experience with the below points : 1- Fatima at the reception , she did not welcome us and she was forced to do a check in for us additionally she did the payment without explanation 2-there is no housekeeping Number , we had to go throw reception and never came back to us 3-No concierge to ask 4-No cares for covid situation, no masks or sanitizer provided

The Sofitel Agadir hotel offers a luxurious and very atypical setting for those looking for high standard comfort around a beautiful swimming pool accessible on a beautiful beach. The rooms are nicely furnished. Restaurant service is very good but could be improved to meet Accorhotels usual standards. As a "Diamond" member, I unfortunately did not feel that this privilege counted, in comparison with other hotels of the same chain. That said, overall, I will return with pleasure to have a good time.

we came for a seaside break in February, the staff are very pleasant and the hotel is well situated BUT The beach was out of bounds due to Covid The swimming pool area was like a building site The superior room had the smallest bathroom with only a walk in shower which was dangerous as the floor had no anti slip mat or tiling There was no dressing table just a small shelf beside a mirror ,no chair to sit on whilst putting on make up . An area not designed by a woman obviously ,room 109 The dining room menu did not change and the service there was erratic, this at at a time when nobody could leave the hotel at night to eat elsewhere due to the curfew
