We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the pool complex, outdoor areas, and beach frontage, which are indeed highlights of our hotel. We are also grateful for your kind words about the staff, and we will be sure to share your compliments with our team. That being said, I sincerely regret that the experience you had with the concierge service and the promised day trip to the YSL gardens was so disappointing. I fully understand how frustrating it must have been to be told that the visit to the gardens could not take place after you had made all the arrangements in good faith. The lack of clear communication and coordination between our concierge team and the transportation operator is certainly not acceptable, and I apologize for the inconvenience this caused. Please rest assured that we will review this matter internally to ensure better communication, transparency, and clarity when making arrangements for our guests. We take pride in providing an exceptional experience, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our service. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment during what was meant to be a special trip for you and your wife.
