We felt very disconnected to the hotel. We felt the value to price was not justified. Few staff members are very friendly and few are very unfriendly! We had a complaint of having fish bone in vegetarian Pasta, as my wife is vegetarian (also no fish) and pregnant, she puked couple of times which was very bad. Our complaint was just heard and ignored. We felt the staff was not interested to talk or listen to us! Overall Food and pool were very good. Hotel was very clean.
