Disappointing stay, restaurant closed, limited tea in room (2 fruit tea bags), on asking for one black tea bag we were told it would be charged at 4.5 Swiss Francs (CHF) is approximately £4.21!!

Dear Ms. B. Thank you very much for taking the time to write us a review, unfortunately it is not very positive. It is a pity that we were unable to convince you of our hotel during your stay. It is true that the restaurant was closed this evening and only open for breakfast, but that does not mean that we would have sent you to bed without food. There are many restaurants in Chur where you could have enjoyed a nice dinner. Our reception team would have been happy to advise you at any time and reserve a table for you at another restaurant. All of our hotel rooms are equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a minibar with mineral water. We provide four coffee capsules, two teebags, and two bottles of mineral water free of charge every day. We wish you all the best. Warm regards from Chur Elischa Bislin

Great rooms, with nice view. Did not like the fact that restaurant and bar were closed on 31/12. There was neither any personnel at the front desk!

We had a lovely stay. We were checked in by Sheryl who was the perfect front of house person. She was so helpful and her friendly disposition really set the mood for a wonderful stay. We had 2 rooms one being a corner room with a fabulous view. There was a hand written note on our arrival. It was very welcoming.
