I've stayed at your hotel while on business with my company Neopac on many occasion and usually I wouldn't have any complaints as I find your reception and restaurant staff really friendly, helpful and lovely overall. On this occasion however, I was slightly disappointed with the housekeeping. Upon walking into my room after the first night, I actually wondered if my room had been cleaned as I found the bed as I had left it. On the second day I noticed the dirty towels had not been picked up off the bathroom floor and I'd also been charged for a bottle of vodka from the bar fridge in the room! Of course I was surprised by this and explained to reception that I had not drunk the vodka which she very kindly disregarded. I really understand the pressure the housekeeping team must be under but my integrity was in question on this particular occasion.

I am usong Mercure always for my business trips. Reason: friendly staff, sometimes uprades to better rooms/suites, location is near centre, delicious breakfast

The size of the room is nice but: the air conditioning is not working properly, there were some flies/ moths coming out of the sink. I was there for 2 weeks and the bathroom sink has never been cleaned once.
