Travelled to Debrecen for the first time. The hotel is located at the centre of the city. Very kind and professional staff at the reception and at the restaurant. The room was prepared to perfection. Comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower and absolutely delicious food and great service at the restaurant. The checkin and checkout was quick and smooth. Will choose Mercure Debrecen again without second thoughts.

My check-in wasn't done properly and therefore showed i checked in 1 day late even though I had a room allocated. Even check out was confusion as when I asked if that was an option, the team changed the check out date.
