Empty soap and shower gel upon arrival. Full plates, coffee and juice was taken away during breakfast, while we were waiting for the pancake machine to be refilled. The pancake macine was always empty and ee every time needed to aks the waitress to fill it up. Good thing she did that immediately. Cuttlery was nowhere to be found, outside on the terrace tables were not set. No spoon was provided for the cereal, nor for the joghurt. These issues might occured due to lack of workforce but truely were unpleasant. Shower cabinets are not sealed properly. Water flows all over the bathroom.

We spent 2 nights in the hotel and our experience was amazing. The hotel is clean, very quiet and serves delicious food. Breakfast offered various options both for kids and adults. The staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel and next time when I go to Tokaj I will stay there.

speaking a foreign language in the service industry can be challenging. to the hotels credit, the menu was in English. When I asked the waitress about the wine, she wasn’t even able to say the words, white or red. This is the wine region. At the very least, the staff should be able to say this wine is from the vineyard 5 km away. This wine is very popular. The bar in the restaurant is in the lobby of the hotel. I’m standing at the bar and the three workers are all looking at their phones and talking and laughing. I asked someone could I get a glass of water. She went to get the glass of water and then the two workers turned around and looked at me and said may I help you? I said no thank you and they turned their backs on me and went back to using their phones.

Breakfast was delicious, variety is enought, however some ites run out during breakfast, especially during “rush hours” (9-10am). Restocking took often mire that 15 minutes (eg.: for the bread). Only 1 people managed the whole breakfast area from greeting the guests until cleaning the tables. An other one was responsible for the cooking. Dinner area had live music but it eas too loud, conversations were niz easy to make. Almost all of the food was cold or only lukewarm. Waiter was not so professional wrt his service ( he hit the plates, bottles onto the table, put the cuttlery randomly onto the table, he didnt know the wines)

Location great. State of the hotel great, new and amazing location but staff so and so. It was super cold and the heating didn’t work even though I asked multiple times for help. Cleaning was non existent (they didn’t even take out the tea I made on the first day in a mug by the time we left 2 days later)

Good location, nice room and great breakfast. Problem with parking, we wanted to book a parking place but you cannot do it, it was overbooked. Also issue with wellness - to many children with their equipment, it is not wellness, just pool and sauna, you cannot relax.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but there is definitely room for improvement. Let’s start with the positive points: 1. The location is great — it’s literally in the city centre. 2. The hotel is spacious, clean (though unfortunately not everywhere), and modern. 3. Prices and offers are reasonable and well prepared. Unfortunately, there were also some negative aspects: 1. The SPA looks good, and the comfort and equipment are acceptable. 2. The internal temperature is much lower than in other SPA hotels. The difference was significant and quite disturbing. Normally you stay there in swimsuits or a gown, and we generally felt cold, so it wasn’t fully relaxing. 3. The pool water should also be warmer. 4. The Finnish sauna is gorgeous — we loved it. It’s spacious with a giant glass wall; however, the sauna stove seemed underpowered. Maybe because of the large glass wall, the insulation is not ideal, and it struggled to heat the sauna properly. 5. It was disappointing to see that the area under the sauna benches had not been cleaned; dust was about 2 cm thick. 6. The worst part of the SPA was the bored, overweight pool attendant, who frequently disturbed our relaxation. He constantly watched what we were doing in a very noticeable way — and we were the only guests there at the time. In most SPA hotels, the pool staff are discreet, but this man behaved more like a prison guard. At one point, he even started cleaning while I was resting, slamming the mop on the floor several times. Instead of simply bringing the sauna bucket and letting us use as much water as we wanted, he came in every five minutes with the sauna ladle to drip a small amount onto the stove. He does not fit the image of the hotel — not only visually, but his personality felt rude and unpleasant. Other comments: If I return one day, it will not be because of the SPA, and the reason is that man. The rest of the staff were really nice — reception, restaurant, everything else was perfect. Another thing I didn’t understand was the breakfast logic and supply. One day there was plenty of food, fresh and nicely presented; the next day, you could only order basic items from an attendant. It was strange and, in a way, disappointing. The room was nice and comfortable.

This was our third time staying with you, and once again it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms are nice and clean, the hotel’s location is excellent, and the pool and wellness area are especially good – we used them several times and really enjoyed the sauna as well. The food was delicious, with a good variety, and we would especially like to highlight the staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and friendly, which added a lot to the overall experience. This is also why we decided to extend our stay beyond our original plans. We only have one small note, the mattress in the bed was a bit too soft for our taste. Aside from that, we had a great time, would happily return, and can confidently recommend the place to others.

Quiet little hotel in quiet little town. Very convenient for walks along the river, pet friendly, excellent food. Mattresses a bit too soft, but not really a problem. I recommend it over the other Accor affiliate in the area.
