All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but there is definitely room for improvement. Let’s start with the positive points: 1. The location is great — it’s literally in the city centre. 2. The hotel is spacious, clean (though unfortunately not everywhere), and modern. 3. Prices and offers are reasonable and well prepared. Unfortunately, there were also some negative aspects: 1. The SPA looks good, and the comfort and equipment are acceptable. 2. The internal temperature is much lower than in other SPA hotels. The difference was significant and quite disturbing. Normally you stay there in swimsuits or a gown, and we generally felt cold, so it wasn’t fully relaxing. 3. The pool water should also be warmer. 4. The Finnish sauna is gorgeous — we loved it. It’s spacious with a giant glass wall; however, the sauna stove seemed underpowered. Maybe because of the large glass wall, the insulation is not ideal, and it struggled to heat the sauna properly. 5. It was disappointing to see that the area under the sauna benches had not been cleaned; dust was about 2 cm thick. 6. The worst part of the SPA was the bored, overweight pool attendant, who frequently disturbed our relaxation. He constantly watched what we were doing in a very noticeable way — and we were the only guests there at the time. In most SPA hotels, the pool staff are discreet, but this man behaved more like a prison guard. At one point, he even started cleaning while I was resting, slamming the mop on the floor several times. Instead of simply bringing the sauna bucket and letting us use as much water as we wanted, he came in every five minutes with the sauna ladle to drip a small amount onto the stove. He does not fit the image of the hotel — not only visually, but his personality felt rude and unpleasant. Other comments: If I return one day, it will not be because of the SPA, and the reason is that man. The rest of the staff were really nice — reception, restaurant, everything else was perfect. Another thing I didn’t understand was the breakfast logic and supply. One day there was plenty of food, fresh and nicely presented; the next day, you could only order basic items from an attendant. It was strange and, in a way, disappointing. The room was nice and comfortable.

This was our third time staying with you, and once again it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms are nice and clean, the hotel’s location is excellent, and the pool and wellness area are especially good – we used them several times and really enjoyed the sauna as well. The food was delicious, with a good variety, and we would especially like to highlight the staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and friendly, which added a lot to the overall experience. This is also why we decided to extend our stay beyond our original plans. We only have one small note, the mattress in the bed was a bit too soft for our taste. Aside from that, we had a great time, would happily return, and can confidently recommend the place to others.

Quiet little hotel in quiet little town. Very convenient for walks along the river, pet friendly, excellent food. Mattresses a bit too soft, but not really a problem. I recommend it over the other Accor affiliate in the area.
