This was our third time staying with you, and once again it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms are nice and clean, the hotel’s location is excellent, and the pool and wellness area are especially good – we used them several times and really enjoyed the sauna as well. The food was delicious, with a good variety, and we would especially like to highlight the staff. Everyone was kind, attentive, and friendly, which added a lot to the overall experience. This is also why we decided to extend our stay beyond our original plans. We only have one small note, the mattress in the bed was a bit too soft for our taste. Aside from that, we had a great time, would happily return, and can confidently recommend the place to others.

Quiet little hotel in quiet little town. Very convenient for walks along the river, pet friendly, excellent food. Mattresses a bit too soft, but not really a problem. I recommend it over the other Accor affiliate in the area.

The overall experience was good, but as the stay went on the more (mostly minor) inconvenience came. At first in the wellness the finn sauna was struggling to heat up, also there was no water in the sauna to use on the stove. As a result, the sauna wasn't very hot. Several guests (including me) asked the hotel staff every time before going in to pour water on the stove. One of the workers did it, but the next day, the "lifeguard" mostly played on his phone and drank his energy drink. There was absolutely no Wi-Fi in the room, on either our devices or the hotel TV. In the wellness area, I spoke with several guests who had the same issue. One time, our card did not open the room, but the staff in the lobby solved the issue relatively quickly. Lastly, I noticed that the hotel focuses a lot on its gastronomy. Given that, the coffee at breakfast was an enormous disappointment. Serving something like this with only a remote knowledge of gastronomy is unbelievable, in my opinion. Especially when roughly 500m away from the hotel, Tokaj has an excellent roaster and coffee shop. Perhaps collaborating with them or hosting a workshop would be beneficial. Overall, my experience with this hotel franchise was a bit disappointing, but I'd still rate it a solid 7/10.

It was nice to see rooms ready for family 2+3. The check-in process was extraordinary long ~1h waiting and people pickup without order. Gym is missing.
