At the same time, we truly regret that certain aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Please accept our sincere apologies for the repeated inconveniences you encountered regarding the pillow and sleep mask requests. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to deliver and we will review these situations with the departments involved to ensure more consistent follow-through in the future. We are also sorry to hear that the breakfast and overall food experience did not live up to your standards.
