+ Nice and smiley staff, good kitchen, + very silent area, awesome to relax, + nice rooms, immaculate and modern wellness. + Sauna seance was a good and unique experience + the welcome drink is a great idea - The tropical shower did not work, and there was no notification about this. - The stinkbugs are unfortunate, and it's good the hotel is on a good path to get rid of them, but it would be important to clean them up from around the external wellness area and from the outside walls. we were looking at the dead bugs clinging from the walls while sitting in the jacuzzi with the other guests, and there were still some dead ones on the ground around the pools outside. - It would be extremely important to change the vacuum cleaners' bags as often as possible while still cleaning up so many stink bugs, as the air is filled with stink again and again while cleaning the floors. - Opening the wellness at 9am on Friday is extremely late. - We asked for a bottle of tapwater at dinner and were told by the waiter that the restaurant would not offer tapwater and can only bring bottled water. Even though he asked for our room number, at checkout we realized that we were not charged for the water, so ultimately, it was free of charge. As a suggestion, it would have sounded so much more elegant if we were told during dinner that "we don't serve tapwater, but I'm happy to bring you a bottle of springwater gratis, as this is what we offer to our guests" or something similar. Thank you.

Last weekend was well spent at Minaro Tokaj Hotel. It has been our first experience in the region and I could say that area is just dreamy, like a small Tuscany. Our experience in the hotel was incredible, we spent ~ 4 hours in the spa, for us was first time when we didn’t get bored and totally enjoy it. The sauna sessions and then cold bath, was extremely reviving. Stay outside in the jacuzzi while enjoying the suna a glass of sparkling wine, it’s called perfection! As for the service, staff is very kind and friendly, I would dare to say in a very authentic way. Food was delicious, we had half board and selection was very generous. We really relaxed and we promised that we’ll come back!
