I got the room number 337 which is a room for guests with special needs and had a terrible bed and shower, not happy.

I love being able to stay at your hotel when in Debrecen. It is clean, has a variety of TV options and good service. I was disappointed to be told I could have an early check in, only to be told by another (much later) that I had to wait until regular check in. I would have rather appreciated the honesty up front.

At my arriving at the hotel the room key was already prepared and the check-in was a matter of seconds. The breakfast has a very wide range of food. The room was very clean and nice. The rooms are very quiet, you don't hear anything from the other guests. The staff is very friendly and polite. The bar offers a wide selection of drinks and food. The Fitness is small but open 24h. Parking garage is a big benefit.

Good location if you are staying in city center. The hanging "wardrobe" closet in the rooms are so poorly designed as to be almost unusable. There is a large mirror attached to the front of the hanger space. When you move the mirror to hang clothes, the mirror effectively blocks the hangers and limits the hanging space. Very impractical and frustrating to use. Install something that can actually be used!
