Have stayed a few times. Restaurant closed. Took half and hour to get a drink from the bar. Egg boiler directly under fire alarm and blanket . The receptionist was perfect and extremely helpful. Room was perfectly clean and Mercure standard.

Comfortable with parking. Breakfast good. Staff nice. Spoilt by lot of noise outside from other businesses/clubs and just noisy people shouting

Bar service was slow due to lack of staff. The Hotel had a coach party booked in aswell as other guests and only 2 staff dealing with the Bar and food service. No fault of the staff on duty it was a lack of planning by whoever was in charge.

We stayed at the Mercure in Vannes for several days in August. The staff at the Front Desk were very helpful and welcoming. We also found the staff at the Brasserie very friendly, hard working and professional, especially Eric and Samira who really stood out for us. We had the opportunity to meet chef Salima who is equally professional. As we really enjoyed the service and food, we returned to the brasserie many times during our stays. Although there was no impact on our experience, your restaurant is clearly understaffed when you have big groups staying at the hotel. You staff are clearly extremely streched. As an HR Director, I would advise you to address that issue or you will loose your most committed and hard working employees.
