Just found a bit weird not having towels in the bedroom (which was supplied with a sink). Easily fixed with the reception though. Very good overall.

We booked online for a group of 28 people and got a reservation confirmation. Upon arrival the lobby told us, there were not enough free rooms available. Somehow the hotel got overbooked. They found a solution with a nearby partner hotel, but we still had huge issues confirming to the hotel we effectively booked the rooms. In advance of the stay we had contact via email to ask for luggage deposition. The answer was there are no possibilities for luggage storage. Afterwards we have seen that there would be possibilities to storage luggage (2 eur / bag). The lobby/reception is apparently not aware of their own offering.

Too noisy

Arrived very late 4am because of car trouble. People were cleaning rooms when we got there and from then on. Difficult too sleep. In the morning all the toilets and showers on the first floor were being washed at the same time . Had to go down to the ground floor for a toilet
