Small rooms, no working area/desk, lighting is insufficient and switches is odd place that are not intuitive. bathroom is split into three locations, with sink in main room. counter area too small to keep items for anyone spending more than 1-2 nights. Room charges are difficult, always asking for immediate payment - most Accor hotels allow for credit card "HOLD", and then pay for all charges at checkout - impossible to review details of the charges until factura.

After check-in, I attempted to connect to the Wi-Fi but was unable to do so for over six hours. Despite multiple attempts and assistance from the staff, the issue could not be resolved. Eventually, I had to request a room change in order to get a working connection. This caused significant inconvenience and completely disrupted my evening plans.

This is basically Accor's Aloft copy, but unfortunately, this property is mismanaged, and the management team members are hiding from the guests. It would be great if a French hotelier could ensure that staff are on hand who can communicate in languages other than Spanish.
