On the photos the hotel is looking very nice. But in reality it makes impression of amateur design. The building exterior is really nice. But inside it's a some kind of disaster: 1. The interior design is really chaotic (the fire extinguishing system and other pipes are clearly visible), it makes impression of amateur design. 2. The rooms are completely not sound-proof (the hotel is located next to very loud streets). 3. The rooms are completely non-functional: there are no wardrobes, no place to put the luggage. 4. The doors to the toilet and shower are narrow like doors to lavatory in a small airplane. The ventilation fans in the toilet/shower room are the cheapest and and loudest ones. 5. We book large room and we have received a room with a lot of empty but completely non-functional space. Moreover: all the room types are equipped almost the same, so there're no e.g. wider beds in larger rooms, there's even no additional chair in bigger rooms. 6. Wash basin desk is so small that there's no possible to unpack a small cosmetic bag on it. . 7. There's no bar in the hotel, only option to have a welcome drink is taking a beer/soft drink to the room. 8. There's a coffee machine in the rooms but with capsules only for the first day of the stay, not re-filled on baily basis. 9. Breakfasts are very basic. The biggest advantage of the hotel building (but not the hotel itself, it's an another company) is the roof top bar. It offers perfect view on Medellin, food and drinks are perfect there too. The staff are professional and helpful.

Very nice stay, check in was a bit slow because service was doing something in their computer so we had to wait standing there for a while. Then the room had an issue with the tv that it worked for moments and room small for the price but in general terms, very nice place, the restaurant on top “salvaje” had amazing food so we are happy.
