I was not allowed to stay in this hotel where I was booked because of a flooded floor.My driver took me to another hotel where I was booked and left me there. The receptionist didn’t speak English so we communicated via google translator. After a very long wait she took me to a room which was occupied! We went back to reception and after another very long wait, the same thing happened - the room was occupied! Third time lucky. I got to my room after midnight! Breakfast was at the original hotel, the Ibis Medellin. Fortunately I was driven there and able to stay at the Ibis for the remaining nights. It was OK but nothing special although the young man who checked me in (Azurro I think his name was) was good
