Renovations made it uncomfortable at times and we found only one receptionist who spoke some English. There was no lobby area because of ongoing work. The “double” rooms are designed for one person. The location was good, near the Modern Art Museum, the view from Fl 13 was terrific, and the breakfast was fabulous. Don’t get a room by the lift, it goes bing bong all night. The 24-hr café bar does not exist and there are no in-room facilities. Overall it was better than basic, a generic accomodation.
