Always ! Great welcome by the front desk staff! Great price , great customer service by all property employees! Clean and modern rooms, great location! Overall great place to stay in Medellin ! Hotel quality as good as Hampton in medellin , Marriott Medellin or four point Sheraton! Your hotel quality as good as big brand name hotels in medellin, will come back on January again!

It was nice to have a place with a confrotable and clean bead to stay at Medellin. Near a subway station and a HUGE shopping mall, Ibiz Budget Itaguia was actually a good place to stay if you're looking to a nice night stop without any luxuries in mide. Let's be honest many time we only are look for a descent place to sleep and stop worring about the luggage. If that is you case this is the right place.

Flexibility of Laura the manager... the facility is always clean as always. Isabella housekeeping manager, genuine service, care, understanding and flexibility! The rooms are too small, but in general the hotel is comfortable only if you go to sleep, it has no pool. It is a cool hotel if you are going to spend all day doing activities around the city and go to the hotel just to rest. The beds are quite hard and I personally don't like them that way, but I know there are people who prefer them that way. It is located in a perfect area, since it is close to everything, Mayorca's Shopping, the train, taxis, bakeries, among other things. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel, it is very cool in general and the service of the employees is excellent.
