Overall, my experience was very good. I really liked the service and the location, and everything met my expectations in terms of comfort and quality. The only issue I had was regarding the room occupancy policy. I booked the room for one person, as I usually do when I travel. However, when a friend came to visit me for a few hours, I was asked to pay an additional charge for an extra person in the room. This was disappointing to me. As someone who travels frequently and often stays in luxury hotels, I’ve found that having a guest visit briefly is generally not treated as an extra charge . Aside from this policy, my stay was enjoyable, and I hope the hotel can be more flexible in similar situations in the future.
