The hotel is well located. The room was clean and the property met my expectations overall. My issue is with the check-in and check-out process. It is very cumbersome and an invasion of privacy to have to show multiple passports at check-in. The hotel needs my ID, not to check which nationality I used on arrival. Then at check-out I had to rummage through my belongings to find my physical card for a room charge even though I already provided it at check-in. Contactless payment was available but they still required the same physical card I had already provided. The problem with this process is that it just makes the very first and very last impressions very unpleasant in an otherwise satisfactory stay. As a tourist arriving in the country, one does not want to deal with process that are even more invasive than at immigration. It does not feel welcoming. Other than this experience I recommend the hotel but I think it is important that this is addressed.
