We arrived to Medellín for a wedding and Juan Esteban Rendon from Novotel was excellent and patient with helping me make all the arrangements with my stay. He even helped me at last minute with trying to locate a room for my brother when all the rooms were booked at Novotel. Your hotel felt luxurious with the views of the city, the room and food. I booked my trip as part of a wedding block of rooms. Unfortunately this meant reserving my room via texts and emails over WhatApp. This lead to many confusing details. A room rate that could not be explained, and various other details that were not explained as well through WhatsApp. As a business traveler I expected a certain level of professionalism and follow up from the Front Desk staff, and I was very disappointed when the person that I spoke to over WhatsApp was not available to talk about or communications during the 5 days that I was at the hotel (he was in meetings). I will never book another hotel again that asks for information outside of a proper company website. Lesson learned.

The entire hotel was spotless, our room was very comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient for exploring Medellín. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and professional. Amazing location, incredible room and very good service. I expect more from the breakfast - the quality of the coffee was not good and the Hotel charges an extra value for a decent espresso coffee, I think this is unexpected and unnecessary for a Hotel with this price.

We did not like the sevice atthe front desk! we had to call 5 times to check why the waterheather was not working!!! we asked for an extra chair for in the room several times, we did not recieve and had no answer why not. the front desk personal looked stern all te time, not smiling and not friendly. the personel in the restaurant was top notch
