Overall, everything was excellent. The only area with room for improvement is the shower and sink, as the water flow is very low. Increasing the water pressure would greatly improve the experience, as it currently takes a long time to take a proper shower or even brush one’s teeth.

Front desk was not helpful in my checkin and therefore my other reservation was not properly found. I had to go and pay for a separate hotel for the day since they were not capable of finding it. Costing me more money out of pocket for a same day reservation. Not happy with the detail of service.
