the hotel is amazing the rooms are so clean and perfect but the costumer services is horrible, they never told me the breakfast is not included they are so rude i have to asked for everything when i arrive they never asked me for carry my luggage, they treated you like you are any person bad bad bad

This place was absolutely phenomenal!! The staff was super helpful in making sure that I had everything that I needed as a guest and made me feel more than welcomed and very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located next to the mall so I was also able to shop and had access to atm. The hotel also had a restaurant and the food was REALLY good, I did not have to leave the hotel for anything because they literally had everything there. The views from my room and the rooftop was breathtaking. The rooms are so spacious and very clean. Everything was just PERFECT!!! Special thank you to Gus and the entire staff!!!

Very disappointed- I paid for a late check out (1/2) day rate, just to get some sleep before a (12) hour flight and was harassed by having hotel employees knocking on the door every hour! After being disturbed four times I was told by the front desk it won’t happen again but upon check out the staff was more concerned about charging me for a soda I drank from the mini-fridge. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere, it’s best to just pay a taxi to drive you to the mall that’s attached to the hotel! Furthermore, not even a discount for the aggravation and not being able to sleep! #simplyhorrible

This hotel was recommended to us by the medical clinic. It was very convenient to the medical facilities. The hotel was very modern and very well maintained. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. We were slightly disappointed that most of the employees did not speak or understand English. We would have liked to know that American money was not accepted in the hotel or mall. Also, that TV was available in English.(minor but nevertheless, important)

Average stay and needs better customer service

Hotel was nice but front desk needs work. They bothered us everytime we had friends visit us even when going to the restaurant to eat or go upstairs to walk through to the mall. Very uncomfortable and embarrassing. I will never come back to stay at any of the Novotel hotels worldwide.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. Probably in my life 10 times at least, maybe more. I was forced to leave the hotel. Without refund.... They were completely unreasonable. They demanded $80 for a guest who visited. This was something new. I refused to pay it. So I said, I would leave the hotel and go some place else. then they refused to give me my money back. I have never been treated so rude by a nice hotel in my life. It was such a disappointing experience. I will not be returning to this hotel.

This hotel is located adjacent to a mall, however you need a cab to go everywhere else. I didn’t like that fact that they have such limited amenities. They give don’t provide an extra roll of toilet paper for example which I was so confused as to why?? You basically have to ask for ALOT. Nothing spectacular about it. The rooftop bar was pretty much closed my entire stay. Very basic hotel.

I stayed for about two weeks at this hotel and overall I’m pretty happy with my stay. Nice, clean rooms. Beautiful view. Rained quite a bit in my stay but got to use the pool once and bar up top which is nice. One of the hotel staff was very helpful helping me get my laundry cleaned by a laundry service and returned to me. Only negative thing I can say is that they will harass you if you try and bring someone, even for 5 minutes, to your room. I wanted to show my friend the view and they call my room and then on our way out they said he had to register. A little up tight don’t you think? Also I had a 2 bed room I payed for my whole stay and had one friend stay with me at the beginning of my stay because we went out and then he had to return to where he lives in La Ceja. Towards the end of my stay I had my girlfriend come to my hotel to stay and the guy at the front desk(bald guy) was very rude and demanded I pay for another person after I explained that ive only had one guest at the very beginning of my stay and that was for one night and I’ve been paying for a 2bed(Queen) room for 2 weeks. He didn’t care and he was rude and snotty about it making me and my girlfriend feel disrespected. Long story short I should have just paired for one night at a time so they couldn’t try and charge me for having another person stay with me even though I got the room for 2 people all along.

I qualify fantastic by the following characteristics: Hotel immerse in an iconic shopping mall. You may say a mall is a mall. This is a flavorful mall. Practical rooms and overall cleanliness. Do not expect luxurious. Beautiful panoramic views. I guess not all rooms offer this. Food quality is fair to good. It has varied in time. Breakfast is a declaration of war from the egg waffle and arepa warriors. It is a drag to get these things as the restaurant is overflowed. Service is good but suffers. General service is fair to excellent. You’ll see pockets of each. Stay there! You’ll enjoy yourself. Battle the egg war!
