The perfect stay at a perfect hotel, Staff all very kind and helpful, comfortable room, nice large shower, good food, room service, never a chance to get bored because the hotel is in a very large and lively shopping center with lots of bars and restaurants, but the room was nice and quiet.

We went to the Novotel for my friend’s wedding. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good even though my bed sheets were stained. Everything else was good. I had a little bit more difficulty with the fact that my flight was delayed and I got to Colombia early morning Instead of the night before. When I got to the hotel they told me they have my room to someone else but they wouldn’t refund my room. So I couldn’t shower after a 20h flight even though I paid for the room.

I stayed 4 times at novotel and noticed that this hotel now is not a 4 star but 2 star hotel. Their service is not what it used to be. They increased their prices 100% but the quality of the product did not improve. The only positive thing they have is the shopping mall. I had very bad experience with my room that after every shower the bathroom was full of water. Although promised that they'll fix it nothing was done. I had to leave 5.30 am and was promised breakfast in a box at the front desk. If I wanted breakfast I had to prepare it myself I was told. The staff is very kind but very un professional. I must downgrade the hotel as a professional in this field to a 2 star. Advice: Start upgrading your staff , food and hotel before increasing your prices.
