Visited as a family for 3 nights, with 6 year old son. Good range of options for children’s activities over Easter but limited facilities/play areas. The rooms were nice enough but the standards weren’t at 5* level. Limited options for restaurants but understand a new one is opening soon.

Been many times before, but as it was easter holidays more provisions had been put in place for families with children (spa and restaurants). Which is fine, however not great when you then don't accommodate for those without children and want some quite time. Effectively 2k to sit in a nursery and use a public swimming bathes. Unable to get a table in restraunt initially and children in pool within limited adult hours. Not well managed holiday period

We had a good time, but it wasn’t amazing as it use to be. Room was dusty, not much hand wash in the bathroom, scratches all over the tables, cupboards not closing properly, we weren’t told restaurant was closed only 1 running when you got so much guests. We asked the concierge to take my family in the buggy to the play park, as he cut his toe whilst swimming in your pool, and they told us the manager had not allowed it “so come back at 4pm”

A wonderful one night stay. The spa facilities were clean and varied. The room was beautiful The only downside was that a large group of incredibly loud children had use on the indoor pool 4-7 which wasn't relaxing.
