There was no air conditioning, and the room felt cold. The hot water could have been warmer. The room was not very clean — there was something white on the floor. The breakfast was not very good. I had breakfast at 7:00, and some of the food seemed to be from the previous day, which was disappointing. Eggs were only available at an additional cost, rather than being included. Overall, my experience last year was much better.

It's a shame that flexibility has been lost over room service in the bar, ie it is no longer allowed. We were told if it was allowed for one then more would want to do it which is surely the point. ie driving trade. Instead we went out. The restaurant also appears to shut early if quiet.
