Hotel was very clean and a good location for me. Room was very comfortable and clean. The fire alarms went off in the night and the situation was very poorly managed.

Room and food was excellent, but when at the bar they kept telling us sorry we've ran out of that , funny that it was anything to do with cocktails and it was also the ones you we're advertising as christmas specials . We felt it was because they didn't want to make them.

Three comfortable and stylish rooms booked for a family stay. This is my third visit which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful.

I hope you are well. I stayed on 28 til 30/11. I am writing to request compensation for the disturbance my family and I experienced during our stay on 29/11. I stayed with my husband and children. At around 4:00 AM, the fire alarm rang multiple times (it went off three separate times, if I am not mistaken). Despite the repeated alarms, there was no announcement or guidance from the hotel staff whether it was an emergency or a false alarm. I had to repeatedly open my room door to check situation which caused a lot of confusion and anxiety. Because of the lack of information, lastly I had to get dressed and walk down the stairs from the 9th floor, as the lift was not functioning. On the way down, I think I walked til 6th floor, another guest informed me that it was a false alarm, bear in mind is not from any hotel staff member! We returned to our room, but we were unable to sleep. I kept checking the window until around 4–5 AM, when the fire brigade finally left. Is about 5 fire brigade came that night. Only then did I feel safe enough to sleep again. This incident caused significant distress and resulted in a very poor night’s rest for my family. Given the inconvenience and lack of communication, I kindly request compensation for this experience. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response. Dear Leong , Thank you for sharing your experience during your recent stay. I sincerely apologize for the distress you and your family faced due to the fire alarm incident on the night of 29/11. I understand that alarms can be alarming and that a lack of communication during such events can heighten anxiety and confusion.However if a fire alarm goes off, it is your responsibility to evacuate the premises , unless told otherwise. All alarms have to be taken seriously and investigated by the team. Once established by the team that it was a false alarm , the system was reset by the fire brigade. Please be assured that guest safety is our utmost priority, and we strive to ensure clear communication in emergencies. I regret that we fell short in this instance and that the situation did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your understanding that fire alarms are a necessary safety precaution, and we are reviewing our procedures to enhance our response in future situations.
